Last year I had bought several mashed potato bowls, my favorite meal from KFC, and they were all poorly put together and contained almost no food, it was almost as if the bowls were almost empty there was so little food, it was obvious that someone carelessly put my food together and it was a joke because there was literally only a small spoon full of mashed potatoes in each and I became irate when I had opened them and seen this. The food also looked awful, like it had been sitting for a long time. So I got in the car to go return the food, and then ended up hitting a deer on the way there. Then by the time I got there they were closed. I was beyond irate. This restaurant is very dirty and unprofessional and I have never went back. Very unfortunate because I love KFC. About a month ago I went to the KFC in Benton Harbor and it was awesome! Everything was made correctly, fresh, and I was beyond happy. Dont go to Niles unless you want to get ripped off and eat dirty food from careless employees, go to Benton Harbor to get KFC the way it was intended to be from a clean restaurant and courteous professional staff!

Worst service ever. 7 guys ordered food. They missed an order and made it out to be our fault. Well tried too. Then trying to get it right tried shorting me a piece of chicken and my SMALL mashed potato. Ask the manager to make it right passes me my one piece of chicken then wants to argue about the mashed potato. And u want 15.00 an hour....bahahahahah....when i walk away they messed up 2 orders right behind me. Will NOT go back to that kfc ever again!

Ordered lunch from the drive-thru, staff was abrasive from the start and got home to find an item missing and the soda didnt have anywhere near the proper taste. Called to complain and manager answered phone as if it was her personal line. Gave more hassle when picking up the item the next day, wasting even more time. Will not go back very unprofessional staff.

The two gentlemen who served me were very polite, the store was impeccably clean, and I was given a free drink (without even asking) while I waited for my wedges to be done. The ladies ahead of me were also waiting for wedges and they werent so polite, yet the KFC staff were still very kind and understanding. Fast food service like that is hard to come by.

The problem is, when ordering a 16pc say, ppl expect 4 of each piece, not a bucket full of wings,thighs&legs,1breast!!! Im basing this review on or from my last visit here,at this location 6yrs ago, my disappointment in that alone has kept me away that long!

This KFC chain is the best restaurant in Niles. Their food is so fresh, home made, and the customer service is outstanding. I love coming here on dates with my fiancé but its a good place to grab dinner for the whole family. I highly suggest coming here. :)

Went to KFC at 9.24 pm tonight and they are CLOSED,why? SAYS THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 10.00PM??? i CAME HOME AND CALLED AND noone WILL ANSWER THE PHONE , EITHER!
