Ive always loved Gold Star Chili, but I rate the Alexandria location 3 stars. The customer service is horrible. The associates are not friendly at all, and food doesnt get out as quickly as it should.

Clean, down-to-earth, and homey/old-fashioned in just the right way. Corporate changed their hot sauce which I dont love, but thats not this owners fault. They also dont skimp on that awesome cheese.

The chilli is delicious but the food was not served hot,it was just warmed . To top of that the employees dont wear gloves, proper handling of any food is a must. That is why I only give 2 stars.
