Food hot, delicious. Service wonderful. Only gave 2 stars because womens bathroom was dirty, stinky. They need special cleaning tools to get the gunk out of the corners. More importantly, I watched the girl at the drive thru window drop the scoop for ice machine on floor, picked it up and continued to use it. Not a fan!

2 double cheeseburgers, fries & a drink took 9 minutes to get.. So youd think hot, fresh,right!?.. um not so much.. Fries bland, not fresh.. Burgers cool to the touch, very little heat...then again we have learned to accept mediocrity in America, this visit was no different...

Sliders as you remember them. I have eaten these since i was a kid. (long time ago) One or two are never enough. Put the Dusseldorf mustard on them. The fries & especially the onion chips are very good. When you are in the mood for these, nothing else will do.

$30 on food that was aweful! Sack of burgers had the burger overcooked and had no onions, we drowned them in ketchup and still could not eat them and the onion chips were old, kids said the chicken rings were alright!! Wont be back to this store!!!

This is the worst White Castle around. Couldnt get the order right and the fries were mushy. Fries are supposed to be one of the things they do well aside from their burgers. Go to another White Castle because this one needs new management.

Service SUCKS! Waited for 10 minutes in line behind ONE vehicle. Never got my food, pulled out and left. Went to White Castle located at the next Highway exit. No problem with service there!
