Horrible service. I went through the drive thru and ordered a fish sandwich and chicken sandwich. When the bag was handed to me they ensured that everything was in there. My mistake for not checking myself. I get all the way home, which is only like 1 1/2 mile away, then realize that my chicken sandwich was not in the bag. I called to notify them of the error and insisted that they recook the chicken, fish and fries, then i will be back in no more than 10 minutes. Once i get there, I handed them back the fish and the fries. A few moments later, they gave me my chicken sandwich and the after 2 minutes my fish and fries. I get home and realize they gave me the same fish sandwich i brought back. This is why I am writing the review. I asked for a new one but I see they clearly microwaved it. Which made it hard and disgusted. All three ignorant teachers need to learn organization and customer service. I guess they all hate their job since they cant even crack a smile or say hello. I will not be returning. Plus I should of never gotten the food after I noticed that the food rating sheet was not posted in the window for customers to see. It is usually there, so to me that seems a bit suspect.

Ridiculous! At the drive through ordering, the owner asked me what sauce I wanted. I was ordering a chicken finger basket and I asked doesnt the meal include the gravy? Yes, but you get two sauces. I said ok, Ill take a honey mustard, but I want the gravy. So, pulling up to the window, paid, and while waiting on my food, I looked at my receipt. He charged me .49 cents for the honey mustard. So, whatever. Another guy brought me my box of my meal, and I checked it. So, of course, no honey mustard. I told the guy I would like some ketchup, and the honey mustard that I was charged for. He handed me two packs of ketchup, and one napkin. He left the window to get my honey mustard and as I was pulling away, I heard the owner say, "You only get one sauce!" I almost went into reverse to tell him exactly what I thought about him charging me that much for one little pack of honey mustard. How rude. And the grease the chicken was cooked in was very old. NOT going back!!

At the beginning of this summer (2010) this location had a mix of employees, race-wise. At some point it became purely Indian (I presume), which is fine, I dont discriminate. However, no one there speaks or understands clear English. I have ordered the same sandwich every week (a 1/2 pound grill-burger with cheese), and every week I get a different burger. I have received a kids burger without cheese, some bacon thing, and a normal size double. Today I received a single. I DO make sure to repeat my order 2 or 3 times, but its always wrong. And after waiting 7 minutes for them to make the wrong burger, I then have to go inside to tell them its wrong, wait another 5 minutes.... AND THEN GET CHARGED MORE MONEY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Order at your own risk.

Absolutely horrible experience. Obnoxious, immature, ill-mannered teenagers who dont have an ounce of sense about customer service or even simply considerate behavior. And, zero attention paid to cleanliness and safe handling of food. Clearly adult supervision is desperately needed. I have to assume the manager is clueless - either in hiring good people or in how to run a successful business. Totally ruined our familys Friday night out. Shameful that these punk kids can get away with how they treat customers and even each other. Believe me, we are spreading the word.

*IF I could rate this place with a 0, I would..... NOT worthy of even 1 star. The staff were too busy arguing and bickering amongst themselves to complete our order in a timely fashion. The kept getting the order wrong and had ZERO concept of customer service and respect. We had our 2 small children with us and had to explain to them why the workers were fighting. Kinda screws up a "Family Friendly" atmosphere. Will NEVER go back......taking our business to Baskin Robins

A few years back, on a whim, we took one of my daughters drawings in to see if these guys could replicate it on a cake. They did such a good job that its become kind of a family tradition for us now. My kids cant wait to see which of their drawings will be on the cake. Theyve never charged us extra, and maybe thats why we keep coming back. I cant say enough good things about them.

I pulled to this DQ at 9:35, they had a sign at the front that said the dining room closed at 9:30 being guarded by a worker that yelled through the door to go to drive through. At drive through the cashier was talking too fast saying he couldnt hear so hell take my order at the window, when I got to the window I was told the kitchen was closed for the evening. I left. Horrible.

Small business. Slow on service but my food was hot af and its clean. The people are nice and they act like a little family to each other, joking around but not fooling aroumd while they work. Keeping the environment friendly and fun.
