Went to this restaurant with my boyfriend. The food was not bad. (Except for the pork spring roll which was gross) The service was absolutely terrible.. the waitress talked to us like we were stupid when she asked us questions about our orders.. although we were patient with her, she rolled her eyes and gave us bad attitude when we had a difficult time understanding her thick accent. After she brought us our drinks she never refilled our cups or asked if we would like refills. This may sound harsh but the service was SO bad that on a 19 dollar check I only tipped $1 ...but i would have stiffed her if I didnt have a heart... on top of all that when i checked my account today they charged me twice for $19! Called discover customer service to file a dispute. If you expect hospitality when you go to a restaurant (which you should) do not go to this one.

I will say it is the best pho in this area but isnt the #1 on my list, so I give it props for folks who are searching. The other items menu were good too so if you didnt come here for pho. The folks are nice, not the cleanest place, the restroom bugged me most though - sink is very high it was hard for someone under 55 to decently wash your hands or face or even freshen up.

After traveling to Vietnam, we searched for a good local restaurant and find this one. We have been coming here for 16+ years and love it! Its consistently delicious. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious and authentic. Weve tried newer "upscale, gourmet" Vietnamese, but nothing compares to the authenticity and simplicity of Pho Nam.

This Ma & Pa restaurant has the best steak phô Ive ever had anywhere! Their spring rolls and peanut sauce are also the best out of all the rest Ive tried anywhere else. Everything is very fresh. And beautifully made. I highly recommend this place, Ive been going there for about 17 years.

Our favorite place to eat pho. We have been coming here for about 12 years. Hands down the best in the area. Know that it is closer to genuine Vietnamese food, so dont expect some mall food court type food. Go with a open mind and learn what real pho and spring rolls should taste like.

One Best Bowls of Pho in Tarrant County. I believe they make one of the best bowls of Pho I have ever had. I feel they specialize in Pho. I feel anything else is mediocre. Also, they really need to work on the appearance. The service was great.

Authentic vietnamese! I love eating here, the pho bo kho is my absolute all time favorite and if you order it with the banh mi it really has no equal. The prices are perfect for delicious, fresh food. Definitely worth your time to eat here.

The food is always good and the service is quick. Also, as of Dec 2010 NO SMOKING!! Its a bit of a dive (not a good atmosphere for business lunches) but ideal for a quick hot bite to eat.

Best pho in dfw area. May not be the cleanest but the chefs know the balance of the broth very well. Fresh herbs on the side is very good. Broth is very clean tasting and beefy.
