I wont be visiting this first watch ever again!!! I have to say I had high hopes for this place when I went but unfortunately I was very disappointed. I ordered two meals togo, was told there would be a 30 minute wait for my food; this wasnt that big a deal because I could see they were very busy so I didnt mind waiting. I asked the lady who took my order if they could just call me when it was done, she said this wouldnt be possible then preceded to ask for my phone number to put on the order ticket. ??? Then came the issue of my food, I specifically asked for an egg and cheese omelet. Upon reviewing my ticket after paying I noticed shed charged me for a ham and gruyere omelet. I was worried shed misunderstood so just to make sure it was clear I asked her if there would only be egg and cheese as were Jewish and dont eat pork. She assured me it would only be egg and cheese. Fast forward 30 minutes, I go to pick up my food and upon walking in Im told by the same woman who took my order that its currently being boxed up. Imagine my surprise when I sit down to wait and realize that my order was already boxed up and she apparently had no idea that it wasnt still being bagged. Huh, funny. I was a little miffed but again I tried not to make a big deal out of it. Went home and as soon as my son started eating his food, I realized theyd put ham in the omelet!!!! At this point I was pissed because Id specifically asked her not to put ham in the omelet, when I came back she said she misunderstood and didnt realize I didnt want ham in the omelet! How many times does a person have to say no ham for you to get it?! They gave me a coupon to use for 2 free meals but my next day experience wasnt that much better. Ill spare you all the details but in short when they handed us the food they didnt even bother to check and make sure it was all there, good thing I did because I was missing my salad. Will never go to this place again!!!

We arrived at 10:25am on a Saturday. The wait was 30 minutes (expected), and we were sat promptly at 10:50am. Once at our table, we waited 15 minutes before a waiter came over. Fifteen. Having had so much time to deliberate about our breakfast/brunch order, we ordered both coffee and our meal once a waiter finally noticed we hadnt been helped. Another half hour passed before our waiter returned assuring us that the food would be out shortly. After a quick look around the restaraunts, I noticed that a third of the tables were empty - patrons having already been served, left. We waited, seeing that our plan for brunch was turning into lunch. Our food was served exactly as we had ordered it and tasted wonderful. The problem with this establishment is not our waitress, who was polite and immensely gracious, nor was it the kitchen, who cooked our meal to perfection. The issue resides in the management understaffing and overworking the employees to the point that it has created an underwhelming experience for its customers.

Really bad service. The way they organize their staff, no one has ownership over tables. They use a group-waiting system, and as a result, we had no one come check on us for the entirety of our time. We waited 45 minutes from ordering our food to receiving the last of our order, and 10 minutes from the first dish to come out of the kitchen, to the last (a bowl of oatmeal.) They mustve grown the oats as soon as he ordered it. And the food wasnt even good. My 2 eggs were the size of one, and I dont feel like I got good value for the price, especially given the service. Next time, Ill save time by slaughtering a pig and cooking bacon myself. Editing to add: We asked to speak with a manager, and we were told that they were busy helping out the kitchen staff and couldnt come out to talk to us. Something has to change.

Amazing!!! Our waitress was so sweet and helpful. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. We loved the fact that they had a lot of healthier whole food options because you dont find that often. We plan on coming back frequently! I ordered the eggs Benedict and my eggs were cooked perfectly. Which is honestly hard to find. I wanted to take one of their freshly squeezed juices to go and they brought me out 3 samples to see which one I liked the best. Which I thought was awesome! Oh, their breakfast is served with a lightly dressed side salad (which I think is a good concept, but you can sub the salad for breakfast potatoes if you like!) Highly recommend.

I give the food 4 stars, but my experience was so awesome that I give it a 5 stars overall. Came in by myself and was greeted by an awesome server. He brought me water right away, provided recommendations, and even brought out samples of their featured drinks. I ordered the Tri-Fecta, as I love a traditional breakfast. The eggs were fresh, bacon was perfect, and the french toast was some of the best Ive ever had. To top it off, my server brought out the featured drink I had liked from the samples...and gave it to me on the house. I highly recommend the Kale tonic. I only hope their next location will be in south Denver Colorado.

5 stars for being very good on my first visit in today. Greeted promptly, walked through the menu with suggestions. Very Home like feeling up on entering Food was out quick & was hot and fresh. Eggs cooked just as requested. BIG pancake fluffy & tasty, very little if any syrup needed. I wanted to try the fried potatoes and very glad I did "had that back home taste" I remember w/just a pop of onions I will definitely be back again as this was a great visit and nice change up from the norm having brunch type lunch Thank you "First Watch" for a great lunch

Very, very slow service, we arrived at 9:52 and we got our meals at 10:35. when I got there there they had at least four empty tables and I had to wait for 20 minutes. Finally we got one of the empty tables after somebody decided to clean it. I order a juice and it was good but they gave me 3/4 of the glass with ice and 1/4 of juice for 3.40 dollars. The food was very good. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she took care of our check. Well she make me change my thoughts about the place, at least one person is concern about the service. Thanks.

Every restaurant needs a menu like this. Healthy, affordable eating...Clean eating. I went on the South Beach diet a year ago, lost 40 lbs and Ive kept it off, by eating "right". I believe in eating clean with fresh ingredients and First Watch does too. Cute atmosphere, sweet wait staff and EXCELLENT food. Well definitely be regulars at this place. You dont feel miserably full either, you feel "good full". I do wish they would do something like "My Fit Foods" does and make pre-made meals to go, OMG, THAT would be AWESOME.

Nice little Florida based brunch spot that used to be The Egg and I before the take over. I have eaten at First Watch in several different states and locations. They are absolutely fabulous. This new location is lacking somewhat in presentation and flavor. I ordered the Healthy Turkey breakfast and it was miserably bland. It seems they havent quite adjusted to the new menu but when and if they do, it should be spectacular. But for now...stay away from The Healthier Side of the menu.
