My husband & I ate there yesterday, 2/12/17, around 4:45 p.m. As we were eating, 4 Mexican young guys walked in and sat at the tall stools by the counter. They motioned to someone working. Shortly thereafter they received 4 X-Large cups and filled their cups up with drinks. Next thing you know, they have 4 meals delivered. Not one of them paid. As we left we said something and the just chuckled. I dont appreciate employees giving away food to friends. The girl at the counter asked them at one point if she could help them and they said no. It was obvious they were there for a free meal and they got it.

Waited 20 minutes today and finally asked for my money back, 5 orders ahead of me had done the same as they had been there much longer. Arguing and cussing behind the counter among the staff and supervisor, Shauntay, nowhere to be found. Sucks since only a few places to eat in North Topeka and that Taco Bell is always packed. Didnt even get a sorry or anything, very poor customer service for such a busy place. Wouldnt give any star if I didnt have to!

Poor freaking service...had waited over an hour for mine and my husband order and then when we ordered it was the wrong order and thy gave it to some one and I will refuse to come back to this place and eat anymore cuz the girl at the front didnt know what the heck she was doing and bye the theyre front sign outside wasnt even on to begin with

Most of the time lunch here is very good but dinner and late night forget about it. I almost never have a problem at lunch and usually fast and fresh but at later times its a totally different place. Theyre always getting the order wrong you wait for to long and then the food looks like trash and tastes like it. Definitely a personnel problem

DO NOT go to this restaurant for evening service (aka dinner). Theyll ignore you and let you know youre cutting into their time. The service has been great in the morning when I stop in for breakfast but in the evenings we have been ignored and have had to leave because of their blatant disregard to customer service.
