We ordered egg rolls, chicken sticks, Crab Rangoon, Chicken Fried Rice, Lobster Roll, and Sesame Chicken (comes with steamed rice). The egg rolls were perfect, as were the chicken sticks. The Crab Rangoons dripped oil and the oil mixed with the filling so badly, they were inedible. The fried rice had pork instead of chicken. One of my guests had the Lobster Roll and said the lobster (what little there was) was very rubbery, as if precooked and then warmed up by boiling or even in a microwave. The Sesame Chicken was actually quite delicious but they didnt include steamed rice. An immediate call to the restaurant to explain the situation was met with a reply of, "No, I checked the order myself before it went out. The order was perfect!" Needless to say, I have not returned. They do not get one or two star because some of the food was good but some was wrong or missing and customer service was quite lacking. 2 1/2 stars?

Heiwa has your traditional Asian foods. the quality is superb, quantity is abundant, and the pricing is very good. the cashier / table runner is an artist. I will definitely make this restaurant a go-to. Update: as a sushi connoisseur, theirs is edible but I wont be having it again. I dont want to say its the worst Ive ever had, but its close. steer clear of dishes with fried chicken. the rest of their menu is excellent, and Id like to tip my hat to their superb vegetables.

The Chinese here is truly more authentic than the other Chinese joint in town, China Taste. Heiwa Asian Food spends quality time on their food, along with having wonderful ingredients. The chicken at Heiwa is genuine, where as China Tastes? Very questionable...

Never again will I order from here theyre a ripoff way over charged you for lunch portions, they dont listen to what you want they give you what they want & say thats what you said you wanted... I have the conversation recorded to my phone

We love Heiwa! Their service is always fast and friendly. Delivery is speedy, but Asian food loses some of its *umph* the longer its out of the kitchen. Dining in is way to go, and the crab rangoon and lunch specials are the best!
