Walk in and experience top class and great service! Dim lights, deep red napkins, black tablecloths stem ware formally set out, wood floors, the works! Beautiful decor. The staff are utmost professionals being well dressed, well groomed, attentive and kind. The food was very thoughtful! We started with garlic bread and calamari drizzled with lemon and serves with marinara. Light, crispy and refreshing! Then lobster bisque and a creamy tomatoe basil soup. Rich, lush top notch! Not so rich that the portion felt too much. Salads were nice, washed but not wet. Dressing was flavorful. For our main we had their new dish they called On the Rocks. They have a cut stone preheated to about 900 degrees it seems om which they bring out your choice of protein and roasted veggies (green beans, taters squash zucchini). The protein choices are lobster, sirloin, shrimp and chicken i believe. We had sirloin. Was thoughtfully seasoned and for lunch at 12 dollars, it was a great portion and well worth it. It takes time to get through this meal, not a in and out deal. Try to enjoy an hour and a half. It it well worth it!

First time trying this place. Went for lunch. What an amazing place! Its very romantic. The staff is very courteous and professional. The owner is very gracious! Started off with salad and bread. The tomato vinaigrette is delicious! For entrees I had the Tuscan Sirloin. It was so flavorful with the mushroom sauce! It was accompanied by roasted vegetables. My wife had Fettuccine La Bistro. The shrimp was very fresh and cooked perfectly. The sauce was full flavored and not too rich and heavy. For dessert we shared a Creme Brulee. It was light and airy and a perfect end. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I have been going to this restaurant since I was young...about 20 years now! It is amazing to me how the quality of a restaurant has stayed superior after all these years. Not only does my family still go to this restaurant, but so do our co-workers and friends. We even have meetings there and celebrate special occasions such as Mothers Day, Birthdays...all with the same results: divine food, wonderful service, relaxing atmosphere, and another great memory to add to our long-term collection. Might I suggest the Veal Saltimboca and the Lobster Bisque? Thank you La Bistro!

Food was delicious. Service was awesome. The owner came to the table to check on us and was very personable. You can tell he really takes pride in his business, as he should. The tomato soup had bell pepper and risotto mixed in; veal courdon blue tasted like comfort food; orange roughy was flaky and delicious and covered with a crab/lobster sauce; creme brulee was DIVINE and followed by shots of Frangelico. There was a superb piano player as well. The atmosphere was laid back, and we relaxed over a bottle of red wine. Will definitely be back.

I have eaten at this establishment since the day it opened in early 1984. The ownership has changed only one time and they have all known each other and passed down their ideas and recipes for years. I have taken my professional clients and friends here without hesitation. The variety of food and preparation is impeccable along with the taste. My family highly recommends any of the food they prepare, I believe youll enjoy the same, give them a try.

My first time here... The ambiance was classy and romantic. I enjoyed a wonderful meal of Orange Roughy with a Shrimp and Crab topping that came with sauteed veggies! Our server, Denelle was on top of her game as our glasses were never half empty and our table always spotless. Everyone in our party was more than pleased with their selection. The owner Sid made his way to our table multiple times. I will definitely return to this warm, cozy place!

Delicious Italian food! Ill never forget the time I sang "Con Te Partiro" while Eunice accompanied me on the piano along with one of her students singing the male vocals. It was my dads birthday and he loves that song and asked if Id sing it, so of course I said YES! This weekend, were celebrating his 60th Birthday at La Bistro with friends and family, so can you guess what his one request is? Yup, Ill be singing it again. Wish me luck!

This place is a must each time we are here! A small, cozy restaurant that serves up the most delicious Italian dishes. My fav is Chicken Jerusalem: a perfectly balanced sherry creme sauce with chicken, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts. I recommend the creme brûlée as well. The traditional dining setting is so welcoming. Each time you order wine, the waiter says "Salut, to life, to health!" . Awesome place full of character!

Small, but the food is amazing! Our waiter was a bit over the top in how he expressed the off menu items that were available but not unbearable. Ordered the chicken parm, with a side of lobster ravioli and omg that ravioli is something else. Everything that was on out table was consumed. Also really enjoyed their garlic bread that is served. If you are looking for something tasty while in the area give this place a shot.

Wonderful! I have been coming here for nearly 30 years and La Bistro is always great. The quality of food, service and atmosphere are 5 star! I love the Chicken Cordon Bleu, which they do a bit differently than most places. My wife loves the Veal Jerusalem. The Lobster Bisque is better than most sea food places. The Garlic Bread, which comes by the plate full with each meal is delicious. The salads are just right.

Went on New Years Eve. They had a set menu for the night, where everything was $10-15 more then it would be on any other regular day. The waitress brought us our checks and said, "I added in gratuity", which was $11-$15 PER ticket. Then when she brought us our final receipts to sign, she hand wrote in their tip for us and the total. Very presumptuous and rude. We wont be returning.

Ended up here because theres nothing else to eat in the area. Pleasantly surprised to find a local-owned, very quiet italian restaurant with friendly service, no smoking, a full bar, and well made food. Tried the filet and the salmon with a good merlot. Recommended that you come here instead of johnny carinos. We will come back soon!

This is not the Italy we are used to having. They are very formal in their settings and very professional waiters can impress even the older couples. Atmosphere is great with the piano music, but can be annoying when the wrong person is playing. I was completely satisfied with the entire evening.

I got the seafood bistro and it was disgusting. The calamari was chewy, the shrimp smelled fishy and it was rubbery and tasted old. There was absolutely no sauce. It looked like they just dumped water in the bottom of the bowl. Im dissapointed.

We had the salmon on the rocks and the filet on the rocks. Outstanding! What a great experience. We met the owner and the chef who each checked on our dining experience. Outstanding service and food to rave about. You wont regret it.
