I been here 4 times and I really like the food. The calamari fritti piada is my favorite. The orzo crunch is pretty good, but there is a bit of sweetness which may be surprising for some. The one knock I have is the way they make your food. With the exception of the VIP preview I have had order issues each time. The last time they forgot to tell the cooks to fire the calamari which made it a wait since it was lunch rush. At the end of the line I had to tell the cashier my order several times before he got it right. I also asked to have some Parmesan added to the pasta and he had to call somebody to do it. I understand division of labor, but this may take it a bit too far. And if a server should be on the line then they should stay on the line. Walking away only leads to messed up orders and slower service.

My family and I came to the VIP event yesterday for lunch and the food was amazing and very fresh. The service was phenomenal and the environment was friendly, fun and the décor was on point! lol... We will defiantly be back because of Chef Elizabeth. She really made our experience worth the while going above and beyond to help us make decisions. She offered us the Orzo Crunch and it was amazing. Although our Piada stick had not made it to the line yet, she told us to go ahead and get our drinks and find a spot and that she would bring it out to us. She definitely went that extra mile, we appreciated it and will be back this weekend!

So I heard the hype of this place an decided to try it. I had the diavolo piada, canoli chips, lobster bisque, tomatoes basil and spaghetti and meatball. (Took wife and kid here). The piada seemed to me to be a fancy word for a burrito, why re invent the burrito overall I was disappointed in it. The tomato basil is missing the wine and basil, was really thick. The spaghetti was okay but not the best, on the other hand the meatball was quite good. The lobster bisque was very good. The canoli chips were amazing. Cannoli without the filing you dip. Amazing. Overall okay but wouldnt go back again, or recommend.

The food is great, "Chipotle" of Italian food but some of the staff at this location were not friendly. A young man in front of me asked one of the employees for a suggestion on what to order and the girls response was "I dont really know, I like the pasta" like wait what? LOL that is no way to sell anything and for a new location I would expect some kind of enthusiasm even if its fake because youre trying to build your clientele. The young man at the register however, was very pleasant and welcoming. I would only suggest that you reevaluate your staff. So far so decent. Ill be back.

Besides that the food is amazing and fresh, I love this place because of the people. This is my 4th time at this location and EVERYONE that works here is smiling and working well together. I can tell they have high expectations of employees to keep a good face in public. I hear "please" and "thank yous" between employees every time Im here. I also hear them cheering each other on and telling them what a great salad or that looks like a good wrap. Thanks for having a pleasant place to visit because you all make it seem like a pleasant place to work.

The food was very good, although slightly on the pricey side, for what it was. My wife and I ate lunch consisting of two entrees, one cup of soup and two soft drinks and the bill was $27 and some change. Its set up in the Chipotle style where you walk down the line picking your meat and vegetable add-ons, and drink. Again, it was very tasty and the food seemed very fresh, yet pricey.

My lady & I went tonight(2.12.17) first time, the chef she was cool and introduced us to everything which is her job but to me, made it seem personal and the guy on the register was cool & explained the *dessert chips*. I love chipotle and so I love Piada the same, spend like $30 for a large bowl of spaghetti/meatball and big *tortilla*, chips & 1 drink, money well spend...

Have dined in and gotten delivery via Uber Eats. No complaints. Piada sandwiches are a thin crust dough that is baked on a grill. They are hand rolled and filled w various ingredients. Very customizable. Meatball is huge, 6 ounces. Sides are good as well. Cannoli chips are highly recommended to end your meal.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the delicious aroma and cleanliness. The staff was courteous and worked well together. Then the food came and it was expertly prepared and delicious. Those meatballs are exquisite and huge. Thank you very much for a lovely experience.

This place is really cool! Its basically an Italian version of Chipotle. The "piadas" pretty much ARE burritos, but made with Italian ingredients. The lobster bisque is really excellent! We drive here from Euless to eat it. Although they recently got rid of the large size bowl.

Delicious! I greatly enjoyed the meal. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I loved the corn salad and the bellini was surprisingly good. The price was a bit more than I expected since it was not a table service restaurant, but it was worth it. $29 for two meals and a bellini.

Good food. Beware at lunch rush hour as the staff can get overwhelmed. I felt the wait times could have been reduced easily with better planning for the lunch rush hour like have the meat ready to fire for the impending stampede so wait times are less.

Great Food, and WONDERFUL customer service!! The manager, Amanda was incredible. She really went above and beyond when there was a mix up with our order. It was in NO WAY their fault, and she was amazing helping us correct it! Thank you again!!!

When the menu says "Chef special," it actually means it. Piada has some amazing chefs and delicious seasonal choices. The Fall Steak Piada had some incredible tasting steak. Was surprised to get that great of a steak choice for less than $10.

Wasnt expecting the food to be as delicious as it was! Better than Chipotle, more personality, slightly more expensive but definitely worth it. Restaurant was very clean and the staff was cheerful and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Fresh food and amazing service! The food is so flavorful and the portions are big enough to share. The service is always fast and friendly! Piada has quickly become a family favorite! They also have to go orders.
