This Chick Fil A is one of the worst for customer service especially when a certain person is working in the morning. I went through drive thru after seeing the person in front of me get waited on, but I got the message that the store was closed. Then someone pulled in behind me and I got stuck in the drive thru with no service. The person behind me got waited on, but not me. I have been told by this same person that I cannot get fries in morning because the fryers arent on. I have gone in a few times and been completely ignored. Its worth the drive to go to a different Chick Fil A. They lost a customer.

I am disappointed in the service I received this morning. I waited over 3 minutes at the counter for someone to acknowledge that I was there. While normally at any Chick-fil-A the food is hot, mine wasnt. I ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese at the time it was delivered, the cheese wasnt melted. I even left the table first ketchup and then unwrapped my breakfast sandwich.

Always such a great experience coming in here! Great food and staff is trained to be so polite and professional when taking my order and coming to give refills, etc. Very clean inside and out and does not feel like standard "fast food" because of how polite staff is and how clean the place is! Easy 5 star!

The staff are so incredibly friendly!! We had our dog in the car going through the drive thru and she even gave him a biscuit to enjoy! Their chicken sandwiches are AMAZING and its just a great place to eat!!

Pretty disgusted leaving here today as I witnessed employee putting back packets of ketchup and napkins off of peoples table to restock their service bar. Very unsanitary not acceptable by me will not return
