1.5 stars TLDR; The food is average, not something I would go back for. The service that we had was terrible. I called ahead the day before to see if they would be able to take a work group of 13, they said it would be no problem at all. -It was a 2 hour lunch and well below average service for the area. It took over 15 minutes from the delivery of the first main plate to the last. Every condiment like ketchup for fries/burgers, refilled drink, etc had to be specifically be asked for. Weve had a few from the group cancel reservations here, and we wont eat here again. Food was okay not that good or bad, regular grill items (burgers chicken salads). If the service was well above average the food would have limited the review to 3.5 stars.

Went with 4 other adults and were seated quickly with no reservations. We ordered our drinks while waiting for the rest of our party and service was great. After we ordered our food, it was a long wait for it to be delivered, I would say at least 30 minutes. That being said, the food was delicious. My New York Strip was amazing (even though slightly overcooked), and everyone else really liked their choices (Prime rib, full rack of ribs, scallops, and a pasta) as well. I will say the scallops is a VERY small portion, not enough for a grown man to eat. Fortunately the prime rib was more than enough for a woman, so she shared it with him. Overall great service, great food, a little wait, but good atmosphere to enjoy your company with.

It had a nice atmosphere, and the waiter was polite and attentive. That is the only reason Im giving it two stars. I tried two of their wines, neither was very good. Definitely not worth the hefty price tag. My food wasnt very good. I took a few bites, but thats about all I could make myself eat. I got a salad, and it was totally saturated in a super sweet dressing. It might have been better if Id ordered it on the side. Their fries just tasted like frozen french fries. Not very good at all. I tried a bite of their burger as well. It was o.k. not really good, but not bad either. I paid a large bill, and still left hungry because I disliked the food that much. I really dont recommend eating at Firecreek.

Waiter never asked to refill drink. Potato was raw. Steak was full of fat. When the waiter came by to see if we needed anything else, he never asked if the steak was cooked properly. We had to ask for more bread. Never offered desert. Portions were very small and not worth the price of $100 for dinner for 2. I think the waiter was more interested in watching the football game and talking to the bartender. The place was clean. Hostess kept staring at us while we ate. This was very rude. We will not go back and will not tell anyone to try it.

Worst customer service and worst tasting steaks ever! It took almost an hour for my steak to arrive, a Cajun peppered Ribeye. The one side of my steak was burnt and medium rare, the other side was burnt and well done. I didnt taste any Cajun or pepper seasoning. My wifes asparagus was burnt. Her steak was also burnt. The only good thing about our meal was half off martinis. This is the first and last time we will be visiting this establishment. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.

The ambiance was amazing! Met friends around 8:30 at Fire Creek and had a great time. Prefect place to go out for a romantic night. It was well lit like a kind of a candle-light feeling. Fireplaces were running is different rooms. Food was great. I actually didnt have high expectations. What everyone ordered was really good. I would definitely suggest the Brown Sugar Scallops!!! Services was great. Waiter was very attentive and glasses were always full.

The food is by far the best and very near high end gourmet quality. portions are large and service and attention is that of five star dining. Very nice atmosphere, incredible span on the menu of items and even better selection range in drinks. Where as the other "Rogers Restaurant Group" hot spots are more family and sports/neighborhood driven this is the ideal spot for a special occation without mortgaging the house.

Server was extremely friendly and helpful. No wait for a table for four on a Saturday night. We had a beautiful view sitting right in front of a large fireplace. Pork chop was delicious. Seemed like there was a whole onion that was fried and served on the pork chop. It was good but could have benefited from some sauce. Wont get dessert next time. Next time you are craving steak this is a great place.

This is one of my hidden gems so I was afraid to give a great review. Great drinks, reservations available to make your family get togethers easier. Great food. Hey its not cheap, but the food is excellent. You get what you pay for here. The servers are a cut above as well. When you really want a restaurant to take care of you this is a great choice. Like a spa for you r taste buds.

I used to frequent this place at least once a month and was hoping for improvements after the remodel. But super slow service and mediocre food will sway me elsewhere from now on. What a disappointment considering theyre 1/4 mile from the house. A $90 tab, crappy service and crappy food equals me never going back. Bring the old menu and service back because this isnt cutting it.

Amazing! The spinach artichoke dip with pitas was the best weve ever had! The steak was cooked perfectly and smothered in bleu cheese crumbles and fried onions in a red wine reduction, you literally moan while chewing it! The asparagus was perfectly crisp tender, and the raspberry cake was a perfect ending:) Our new Fav place~Worth every pretty penny.

Waitress was polite enough but $7 for a beer and $18 for the smallest half chicken Ive ever seen. Seriously, $32 for two beers and a half chicken with a very small serve of squash before tip and we had to go to the car and grab the bug spray as the mozzies ate us alive. My buddy had the baby rack and it really was a baby rack. Big disappointment

First time trying this place, and so worth it. Sea food dishes came out hot and fresh, was absolutely delicious, and service fantastic. Had server Gus who was very nice and personable. Atmosphere comfortable and quant. Would totally revisit this place for date night with my wife. Best food me and my wife have had in a very long time.

Very good neighborhood restaurant. A little overpriced but wont be disappointed. Fairly standard grill menu with expected choices. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food, though, and found meats and fish to be cooked well. I would say its solid, rather than exceptional. Would have been 5 stars if priced accordingly.

We went for a birthday party. There were 20 of us, they wouldnt allow reservations, yet when we arrived, two tables were reserved for other people. Then we asked for two extra chairs and they told us they couldnt do that, but we could sit at the bar, separate from our party. Last time we will ever go.
