We were unimpressed with our overall experience here. The "famous" pepperoni soup was not very good. The waitress did bring us a second kind of soup on the house, but that wasnt very good either. Our pasta entrees were both very bland and seemed more like reheated frozen dinners than something that had been freshly prepared by people getting paid to cook. We were told the portions were very big, but for the price of the food I would have preferred a smaller quantity and higher quality. We took our leftovers home, but didnt even eat them because it was easier to just make something ourselves that tasted better. The staff was friendly and it was kind of cute for a local place, but the bathrooms were disgusting and the food was the worst I have had in a restaurant. Maybe we ordered the wrong entrees, but mine was one of the features and was even recommended by our waitress. I dont think we will return.

Got there early, a reunion of friends. We went to the bar which was quiet, had a drink, then a second, then ordered dinner. We were not offered a dessert or opportunity to order another drink, which I would have. Waitress delivered our bill. We all paid and we all gave a 20% tip. Within minutes we were told we needed to leave, it was 7 pm at this point. They said they needed the table and wanted us to leave. In all my 58 years I have never been thrown out of a restaurant OR bar while socializing with friends. The fact we got there before the crowd should not limit out time at a table we are still (or wanted to) order more food. We were all in such shock we just left. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Service is awful. Have visited the restaurant four times over the past three months and each time have experienced very poor service. Waitresses are poorly trained, unprofessional and it takes forever for can order to be taken and the food to be served. Talked with management about these issues and was given a $5 gift certificate for a future visit. The last time I went in I left after waiting 25 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge my presence on their outside dining area. After leaving I emailed management about my last visit and now four weeks later I have heard nothing. Not surprised!

My wife, daughter and I decided to try a new place and found Victoria House online. We live in Chaska, so it is a short drive and is by far the best place to eat in the area if you are looking for a casual dining place. The food is VERY good. The service is VERY good. Try the pepperoni soup. It is amazing. My wife had a grilled shrimp salad and the shrimp was outstanding.... Great place to eat in the west metro!

Ordered "baby scallops", 1st thing on menu $25. Got, instead, regular scallops. Questioned waitress, she said "you didnt say Parmesan encrusted, you just said scallops". Anyway, meal was luke warm, scallops tasteless, small amount of rice and several odd looking carrots. No accommodation. Think Ill maybe try again on my next birthday, but not before. Awful meal for lotsa money.

Decided to drive around Victoria looking for a new place to eat. What a surprise for a bar that serves food, not just burgers and fries, but lots of choices, service was very good and the meal was wonderful. We had the Chicken Parmesan, very good flavor and not too expensive

Im not sure why Victoria House only has three stars but I must say that I have had nothing but wonderful food and even better service from this restaurant. Their Minnesota mushroom appetizer is amazing! They are slightly spendy but make for a great "date night" restaurant.

Went on Mothers day, which I get it, you are going to be busy (or so they said though there was no one waiting to be seated). So busy apparently that they couldnt make salads, know what beer they had or have silverware. Food was alright but would never go back.

Victoria house is one of my local places to go eat, and its by far my favorite. The atmosphere is calming, though admittedly dark. The food is good, and respectably priced, the buns are amazing. The staff is also mostly good. A good place to go with a family.

We had a great experience. Food was amazing. You need to try the parmesan encrusted scallops. Amazing. Beef medallions we fantastic. Au gratin potatoes were very good as well. Waitress was very good and accommodating.
