Horrible. Wouldnt allow me to give no stars. My boyfriend and I eat at pizza ranch around the US quite frequently and have never had this happen... went in saw there was pizza ready so decided to eat there, went to grab pizza and felt like rubber. There was a lady and her family right in front of us who was quite frustrated as well. The lady went and pulled every pizza off the counter, came out with dessert... really? Dessert for dinner. Lady c and and gave us a buy one get one for $6.99. Couldve states Im sorry would you like your money back for at least one meal! Worst experience ever! We may have only been passing through to get home but we got there well before they closed. As we were walking out the lady that had gave us a coupon had just told another couple we close in twenty minutes Id be grateful if you didnt choose to eat here. Seriously any person in customer service should know better never to turn a customer away!

To be honest, my expectations of Pizza Ranch were low. Im not a huge fan of buffets. Im sorry. I always feel like I have to eat so much. I dont need to put those kinds of expectations on myself. Instead Ill just spend the same amount for a smaller amount of better quality food. Pizza Ranch surprisingly had excellent fried chicken. I wouldnt have expected it. It was perfectly cooked and had a good seasoning. The staff was also great at their job. They were both friendly and attentive. I still would prefer not to go to a buffet, but Id now be OK with going again, if that situation arose. Things you may want to know, but I didnt try. There is a dessert bar and a salad bar. You can also order any kind of pizza, and they will bring it to your table. Maybe there was more. I couldnt tell you. I never go out thinking about how Im going to write a review. Writing this review is an afterthought.

I was here at 2:30pm on a Friday. The pizza was not bad, although a lot of it was old. They side have some fresh. The biggest thing that flabbergasted me was; i saw 7 employees in the place. 6 of them were sitting down. No one was manning the register. Had to call out to get someone there... with two employees within 6 feet of me. They didnt say a word. I expected a "hold on sir, ill get someone up here eight away" nope, nothing. There were maybe 6 tables that were clean. Every other table in the house was full of dirty dishes. With 7 employees sitting down. Finally one guy comes out with a pizza in hand that someone ordered. Apparently they left. He came back out and started bussing tables. He was the only employee doing anything. I dont know who owns this place, but if i did there would be some serious not pleasant face time with a crew.

No one was at the register when we walked in so we knocked on the counter.. Waited, then yelled "hello?".. Waited, no one came.. Walked around to see if the staff was in the dining area, no one there..Husband whistled.. No one came.. Then my Dad went to the employee door and got someone from the back to assist us. Met with the other part of our group already seated, come to find out the same thing happened to them but they just helped themselves to food and paid later. Ridiculous. Food was fine. Later on went to the restroom and low and behold 7 people just chilling in the back room! Apparently employees prefer to be in the back, not helping guests. Will not being going back to this location. Ankenys customer service is top notch.

My family and I used to frequent this spot until food and atmosphere went down hill. We gave it a rest for a few months and saw it was under new ownership so we tried again. Remember this was a Tuesday night not a Friday or Saturday. There were few if any pizzas on the buffet at any given time so when they put one out it disappeared quickly. We ordered a pizza for the table when we walked in and left almost 45 minutes later not having gotten our pizza and still hungry since they didnt have a full buffet table. I paid $43 for for my family to leave hungry and not get the pizza we ordered. We are not going back to this Pizza Ranch again.

My wife and I stopped this evening and I was appalled by the lack of management and the condition of the restaurant. The salad bar was empty, their was no place to sit because the tables were dirty, there wasnt enough chicken or pizza for the people and there was no one in site. One guy with a pony tail walked by us and picked up all of the money on the tables without stopping to bus even one. This was very disappointing for what is usually a great experience. This store is going to tarnish the reputation of an otherwise good chain.

I called at 12pm they said delivery was an hour. I said OK because that would give us plenty of time to eat because I had to leave by a certain time because I had college orientation. Then they call me back around 12:30 and tell me Im sorry we only had one driver today and they called in sick. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm hire more then one driver and have more then 1 driver working. I have 2 kids and Im not taking them out to pick up pizza. And the manager was rude and very disrespectful. Im so unhappy with this place

We have ordered here from the time they have opened up and send our guests that way alot. It has been a policy that to the hotel staff if they order they can have free delivery. Today the rude lady on the phone didnt want to take my order till after 11 am told me to call back and then got very rude when I stated that there is no delivery charge when I called the second time. Not good customer service. Dont get me wrong awesome pizza and most of the time awesome help. Just not today.

Only rating this a 1 star due to their website! Its fine if you want to use a website to show off what your company does...but its kind of a dick move to put buttons on it that say things like "start order" and "order now" when in fact you cant get it to order. Now that I ponder it, having the "start order" button is fine...technically you CAN start an order...you just cant F**KING finish it!!!!

I know a lot of people who are big fans of the Ranch, but I dont really get the appeal. If youre going with the intent of eating a reasonable portion, then its pretty expensive. And if youre trying to "get your moneys worth," youre just going to wind up stuffed and bloated on bang-average food while listening to loosely supervised children running wild round the buffet with caffeinated zeal.

Very enjoyable! The entire staff, from the order takers, to the ones refilling the buffet to the ones clearing the table -- all were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating to our group of 12 senior citizens. The price was good and the food was excellent and it was so nice to have the private room to visit and everyone with hearing problems could still hear what was going on.
