Omg where to begin. We were there 6/11/2017 and arrived at 745pm. Did not get our food till almost 830. The girl working the checkout counter literally messed up everyones meal, we were not the only ones waiting, and the kitchen was utter chaos. To many young ass lazy kids with no brain. They messed our orders up. When we went to ask for the remainder of our food they argued! I am sorry but when you pay 20.00 for 2 snack boxes you damn well want all your food. I would not recommend this place if the crew that was here tonight are working. Service was awful, only my biscuit was fresh, the strips and popcorn chicken were dry and old tasting. Never again. Are there honestly no competent kitchen managers there that work evening?!?!? And the saddest part IT WASNT BUSY and they were NOT understaffed.

I have eaten at many, MANY fast food and fast casual restaurants in my life. Ive also worked for equally as many years in customer service, so I know good CS when I receive it. I stopped by this KFC on my way home from work last night to pick up dinner, and the brunette Jennifer Lawrence look-alike who took my order and complimented my necklace gave me what was possibly the best customer service of my life. She asked great leading questions to help me complete my order, was friendly, and extremely efficient. If she is new and not yet jaded, PROTECT AND SHIELD HER coworkers, so she never loses her charm. If shes been at it awhile and is still that upbeat and productive...well, then shes a better woman than I am. Two thumbs way, way up for her.

The quality of this KFC is unbelievably horrible. The buffet, seems like a good deal at first, but the quality is well below the franchise standard. They serve what is essentially imposter chicken by adding cheap, low quality ingredients to the original recipe. Most of the items on the buffet are not the KFC items that you are expecting. The practice is to add generic items, I.e. potatoes, gravy, etc. combined with the old items that would normally be discarded at any KFC of integrity.

This location used to have all-you-can-eat buffet. KFC hasnt been doing well for years. In Texas they were being shut down just as much as its happening here in Minneosta. Shame really but its mostly becoming a nostalgic place in history. The famous bowls are awesome. Cant beat the five dollar fill up plates!

0 stars.......The place was disgusting, was told they would restock fresh food and NEVER did. Cold chicken, no biscuits, crusty potatoes. My family and I purchased the buffet, and upon submitting a complaint, they sent me a $5 voucher! Not even a full buffet price, what a joke!

Chicken was cold. Not much for food at the buffet at noon. The lady at the counter was very rude too. She was slamming the minister as she was taking our order and just seemed angry at us for being there. And we wont be back to any KFC. What happened to the Mac n cheese?

We had the buffet today. It was the worst experience at a KFC buffet I ha e ever had. They were not even that busy but couldnt manage to keep chicken, coleslaw and busicuits stocked in the buffet. We asked for biscuits twice and finally gave up waiting.

The KFC in Shakopee has their traditional menu and a buffet. The buffet has many different items to choose from such as Crispy, Orginal Recipe, biscuits, mashed potatoes, full salad bar, and dessert items. Its a great value and comes with a drink.

Better off skipping this KFC, the service is slow, the tables are often dirty (kitchen area looks very questionable), and the employees are messy. The best part is getting to gamble with your stomachs safety by daring to eat food here.

Went there at about 910 they closed at 9 yet it says online they are open till 10. Pretty mad they dont update their stuff then if they arent open till 10. Ridiculous to drive there for nothing.
