We had pretty unsatisfactory service tonight and felt like we were being ignored the entire time. First we had three different people attend to us tonight. It felt like we had three different waiters. When they seated us, they didnt even bother to put silverware on our table. We had to go up to the front [where the host was] and ask for silverware. Embarrassing! Second, three different people asked us how we were doing. Who was our server? My mom asked the first person who attended us if she could have soup with her meal and then a second person 15 minutes later [after she asked the second time] if she could have her soup. After we were finished eating we asked the second person for our checks. Another ten minutes later a third person [a lady] brought us our checks while the same second person picked them up. I was all confused who our server was, how they could tell what we ordered and pretty much ignored us the entire time. The food was good, just terrible service!!

Ambiance is terrible. I heard Pink Floyd and Green Day music while dining there. I would hope that thered be some "Eastern" music to help set the atmosphere. Nope. The tables are gross and the art and lighting are lame. Service is TERRIBLE. I ordered some drinks and I asked for a wedge of lime for my drink and the server looked at me like I was from another planet. When she delivered the order the limes were brown, old, and disgusting. The food is nothing special. Its not even that good for what you pay for. Cheap frozen meats and imitation crab, a bunch of chopped up vegetables that look like they came out of plastic bag and just put on the table, and a cooking process that leaves some of your food undercooked. A terrible restaurant and a terrible experience.

My bi-racial family came in here to eat and have been to this location dozens of times over the course of 5 years. Tonight I asked for an extra straw from our waitress and she took it upon herself to tell her manager. My husband proceeded to take a sip of my soda and a few minutes later the manager approached our table saying we arent allowed to share soda when all my husband did was take a sip. If they can allow people to fill up multiple bowls of food, when the sign reads one bowl at a time, or even share bowls of rice, sharing a sip of soda should not prompt a manager intervention. After tonights experience, we will never eat at this particular restaurant again.

This place has gotten pricey! I thought that the novelty would wear off and prices might drop. I dont get what youre paying for, you do most of the work. Its delicious, but only if you know what youre doing, otherwise youre reading the boards and holding up the line. Dont even try to do lunch there unless you have a whole hour, last time I went the line was all the way around the grill twice. Its all you can eat, but thats more a time constraint than a filling up problem.

Food is great; The guys working the grill always do a fantastic job. The waitstaff is friendly, but the quality of service has the potential to decline quite a bit when they are busy. Tip: you may want to ask for a table away from the door during peak hours, especially in the winter time. With the door constantly open, it gets very chilly. There is also very little waiting room, so you may end up with people standing around your table if near the front.

We love it! My 3 year old wentry once...we asked another night where he wanted to go for dinner. "The man restaurant. With the spaghetti and corn." ??? "With the hole in it." Eventually we worked out that "the man" was from the logo. The "spaghetti and corn" was noodles and baby corn and "the hole in it"is from the hole in the grill table. We couldnt believe it was so memorable for the little guy! Though now he calls it "Hot Who."

Mongolian buffet-style grill with a large variety of meat, veggies, noodle types, and sauce combinations. Food is very fresh. Service is great. Food cooked right in front of you. Selections vary from your hard-core carnivores to strict vegan, whatever you like! Best egg rolls Ive had hands down! Great place to stuff your face. Not recommended if you have peanut or shellfish allergies, FYI.

The food is fine. BUT, since Ive had bariatric surgery, I cant eat as much, and all I took was one bowl of food, but when I couldnt eat it all, I was informed by the manager that I could not take the rest home with me. That makes the cost extremely high for someone like me. I wont be returning. Its also very noisy, which makes it impossible to visit with the people youre with.

Food was great but when I ordered water and was paying my bill I was called a cheapskate twice by my waiter. I played my bill and tipped 20 percent of my bill. I was there with a group of friends and they couldnt believe it either. You can say our group of 10 wont be going back there anymore on our nights out.

Dont use their rewards program. I had a free meal showing on my rewards account & manager would not honor my free meal. Stated it was "Only" for a "take-out" meal only. No documentation staying this at all. Will not return & I am destroying my rewards card.

I can not for the life of me figure out why this place gets a higher than 4 rating. The floors are slippery. You stand in a cattle line. It doesnt matter what you pick, it all tastes the same. Bleh. This place just grosses me out.

My fav restaurant! Love this place. Mine and my hubbys go to place to eat when we want to go out to eat. Love how you can create your own stir fry. The only downfall is they need a bigger seating area or add another restaurant

Love Huhot as the best source of Mongolian BBQ weve ever had except for the Mom & Pop place in Bozeman, MT. They always have a plethora of choices on the ingredient buffet & its fun trying different sauce combinations.

Abundant amount of food, with exactly what you want. Meat, noodles, veggies. All topped with exactly the sauces you want to flavor it and cooked up on their circle grill. Dont forget to try their Asian salad at dinner.

A great place to eat as much food as you could want. They have a good variety of drinks as well. One time I was able to eat four plates worth of food. See if you can match/beat that.

Waitress forgot my soup all together, and the service was awful. Dont go in a busy night, maybe? I dont know, Ive been to other Mongolian grills and this one was awful. Never again.
