Worst service ever came in order a number 2 large with large shake and a plain bacon whopper with a large fry I repeated my order several time he told me my total was 24$ and some change I asked are u sure thats right he said yes so I pay for it and look at the receipt and it was wrong so I ask to speak to a manager and tell him he was rude and brings me 3$ and told me he fixed it so they go to give me my order theres a small shake large fries and one burger and I told him that not write he argues with me and was rude as hell so I ask for a refund and another employee ask him whats wrong he say I got to get him a dam refund witch was 14$ so 14+3=17$ so they ripped me off this was at 629pm 8/24/16 total bullshit worst service ever idk how hes a manager

Ive worked at fast food places, and when a customer orders 3 sandwiches with nothing on them, you read the order, and dont put any sauces, lettuce, ANYTHING. DO NOT cut a paying customer off in the middle of their sentence to ask them if they are done with their order. DONT DO IT TWICE,DUDE. Also, please fill up your fry boxes to the best of your capability. Also, dont hand me an over filled cup, that is not only soaking wet on the outside with a beverage, but it still leaking on the top because it IS SO overfilled. I wont be coming back for more. 0/10

Went to the drive thru. I know I gave the girl a $20, she gave me back change for a $10. Had to call back over 2 hours later to talk to a manger. He said I must have given her a $10 because the cash drawer didnt show I gave a $20. I have been a cashier before so I know mistakes can be made. But to have the girl keep arguing with me that I was wrong is NOT good customer service! Collins rd. has terrible customer service too.

Waited over 10 min. in drive thru lane and after telling them 3 times what I wanted on my sandwich, they still got it wrong. Last time I was here, they messed up our order too. If you call, all you get is an "Im sorry about that, well put your name in our book so you can get that next time your in" Must be a really big book!

Horrible! We were only ones inside ordering, they were out of bacon, onion rings, ketchup. Ordered 2 Whopper meals, no ketchup (even though they had some in kitchen), fries were undercooked, sandwiches sat while they waited for our fries, by the time we got our tray sandwiches were not warm. So disgusted....not eating here again

This place has a record for getting your order wrong every single time! When you go and order your food, doesnt matter what it is you get something completely different! Cmon, get your crews trained. At least if youre gonna give me random food at the window, let me spin a wheel of some sort to make it more interesting.

Awhile ago I posted a negitive review because customer service was so BAD. After my last 3 visits to this Burger King I have decided to change it. I think management has caught on and changed things! The last 3 visits the food was a little more fresh and the people smiled and were friendly. Kudos management!

Worst place ever.. They messed up my order and my kids order. This was not the first time either, this was the third time. I will start driving to the one on blairsferry. The people were slow and the manager was rude.. Horrible customer service and wrong food equals one anger mother and two upset children.

The broiler broke down and we waited in line for 20 minutes before getting to the window and finding out only half of our order was done. I understand things break, but someone should have let me, and the other people in line, know.

Only thing worthwhile is shakes....people working there dont have enough to do most of the time but when I was there a baseball team was getting food....they screwed up many orders and I was overcharged and their fries are horrible.

Food worker had fingers in her mouth playing with her tongue. This worker did NOT wash her hands before resuming food preparation. Disgusting, stay healthy eat somewhere else.

Nice clean restaurant, friendly staff. Chicken parmesan sandwich was dry, no sauce, tasted like salt, and the cheese wasnt melted. Need to get better kitchen staff.
