We should have known to go elsewhere by how dirty the outside was. The few tables and benches they had were filthy or broken, so there was no place to sit. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage and melted ice cream everywhere. My daughter was even afraid to touch the front door to open it...just gross all over. For the love of god, wash your dirty windows, doors, tables....just wash evertyhing. The food wasnt what we expected either. Some of the smallest chicken strips Ive ever seen, served with a quarter cup of burnt up gravy. The "toast" was basically lightly browned unbuttered bread. The DQ down the street serves a chicken basket thats so much better. My husband got a quarter pound burger that was so old I cant believe they even served it. What happened to cooking it fresh? I took a lot of heat from my family over this trip to DQ. I grew up down the street and talked up this DQ quite a bit. Huge mistake, boy has this store changed. Yuck, yuck, yuck. Well stick to the dairy queen closet to home from now on.

Ordered a mushroom swiss burger like i have at hundreds of other restaurants and received the sloppiest mess that I think Ive ever had in the form of a burger. The bottom bun was soaked to the point of being slippery. The top bun was... Well they put about a tablespoon of mayo on the burger. Who does that??? I had to throw away the top bun, folded the remainder in half and added some mustard to kill the taste of mayo from my pallette. But dont worry, I saved the two mushroom slivers that were on it. Ive had good food there in the past, but I will never order that again. I need mouthwash, I can still taste mayo from that first unsuspecting bite.

I used to love this place they were nice and accommodating.. now I have been told you cant get any toppings besides whip cream and sauce on a sundae no blizzard toppings which they used to let you do. I was told I couldnt get a large coke with my chicken finger meal.. I was told they dont have mayo packets which is fine because they always have me a side of mayo up until today. None of this makes sense to me even when I am willing to pay extra for everything. Is this just the young kids being lazy or actual rules that have been made within the past 2 weeks????

Never going there again. Had friends tell me they always got their orders wrong, they got my order wrong three times now. Didnt realize you had to pay for the gravy?? They dont do that in my home town and I payed almost $6 for the chicken strip basket and didnt get anything for food, smallest chicken strip ever cold fries and cold bread. Like I said never going there again.

Not the cleanest DQ. Its just a drive through, with standing room inside, so people probably hardly ever go inside. However, my toddler had to use the bathroom and the employee bathroom was all that was available. The kitchen was run-down and unorganized. We decided not to order after we left. :/

Ive very disappointed in this Dairy Queen! Every time I try to stop by this Dairy Queen they are closed! Ive checked the hours on the door and online. The store is never open when I try to stop by during normal business hours.

Go there all the time and I carefully explain chocolate dq and they still only do vanilla with chocolate syrup. I tell them every time but still cant figure out how to make a damn blizzard. 6th st here I come from now on

Tou pay 3 dollars to get a large bowl of ice cream and you get a size small. What a joke. You get less for what you pay for when all the other dq give you so much more.

The food is good but like many Cedar Rapids, IA Dairy Queen Braziers they are rather slow. But they kind of warn you of this. This one can be hit and miss.

Horrible service, It was not even busy, and it took 5 minutes to get a simple fountain drink! To add on to that, The wait to order was about 5 minutes....
