Usually the service here is pretty good. Usually I get my order in a timely fashion (between 2-5 minutes after ordering). Well tonight the service was horrible. I ordered my food at around 9:45pm, there was 3 cars in front of me, which is no problem as its a pretty popular place, especially at night. I pull up to the window around 9:47, and waited for my food. I generally keep an eye on the timer, which is above the pop fountain. Keep in mind, the timer goes from green to red after 2 minutes 30 seconds, well by the time I got there, the timer read about 2:45. Got my drinks right away and then just waited for the food. Like Ive said, the order is usually completed within 5 minutes of ordering, and its not even that complicated of an order; its always a number 7 chicken quesadilla, soft shell taco no lettuce and a mountain dew, extra soft shell no lettuce and this time a number 4 Mexican Pizza and pepsi. Ive ordered this before, when its been this busy and got it within 5 minutes after ordering. It took well over 10 minutes to get my order, timer said 10:30 when I got my food, and the kid put the bag over the receipt and didnt even bother giving that to me, nor did he bother apologizing for the extra time to give me the order. Top of that, the food was pretty cold. Ive been going to this Taco Bell for the last couple years, despite them messing up my order on more than one occasion. But, having to wait over 10 minutes to get my order, is HIGHLY unacceptable.

Usually pretty good, but had a terrible experience with Eric in the drive-thru. Despite clearly being there on time for the Happy Hour promo, Eric argued saying it was EXCLUDED during the weekends. This goes against what the website marketing (2-5PM EVERY DAY) and even the app which ALLOWS you to buy drinks for $1.00 during these hours. Watch out or they will be trying to overcharge you. Overcharged, bad employee service, terrible experience.

Hit or miss. Some days I get the best service, no hiccups. Other days, Ive had employees ignore me and make me wait over 30 minutes for food because they forgot. The Mobile pick-up ordering service that came out was the biggest challenge at this location. Please review your employees performance....keep the good ones, retrain the bad ones...or replace them. Its a shame to let the customer experience fall on the errors of a few.

Take this with a grain of salt, as its very dependent on who is working. But when I went my tacos where a quarter filled... very little filling. Only other explanation is that every other taco bell has been hooking me up, which I dont expect... But either way I love taco bell and will always eat it, just not at this location anymore.

Rude, immature and unprofessional employees. At the end of our meal, all I wanted was a bag for what we didnt eat and 3 people looked at me and not one asked if I needed something they went about their personal conversations. I then loudly said excuse me! And even had my husband pinch me to see if I was invisible or not! Ridiculous!

I live right across the street from this location so I am a regular there. I hate it lousy service they never get my order right and when they do get it right its thrown together and never taste good I dont know why I keep using this location I never am satisfied with my meals

dont even want to give it one star by how rude the staff is. especially the lady that works the 12 night shift. very rude. dont work somewhere that you dont enjoy and then be rude to customers because you dont enjoy you job thanks. its very obvious.

They made me wait for about 10 minutes for my food, while the staff was very apologetic about the wait, when I actually got my food and took it home to eat it, there was barely anything in my burritos. Just not a great experience.

Slow service, apparently drive thru gets priority over people who walk in. Manager was complaining because they werent ready for customers. We walked in a hour and 20 min after they opened in the morning.
