I walked in at 3:45 on a Friday and the lady told me she had just sold all of the cupcakes to someone over the phone. She literally had boxes and boxes of cupcakes for the caller, and had left none, not a single cupcake for walk-ins. I think this is ridiculous and extremely bad business, especially as they are advertised to close at 6:00...that was over two hours left till closing time! I headed over to All Things Sweet instead and wont return to Candle Ready Cakes again.

Candle Ready Cakes made our wedding cakes, and we couldnt have been happier with the results. Our guests raved over the taste! Our wedding cake that we cut was beautiful, and exactly to our specifications. We went with white cake with raspberry filling and chocolate cake with caramel filling and both were absolutely delicious. Reasonable pricing as well. We would highly recommend!

The cupcakes were alright; the filling and frosting were good, but the cake itself was a little dry (I tried the Puppy Chow). The forks were surprisingly the worst part of the experience. They were wooden and added a weird texture and flavor when trying to eat the cupcakes.

I love cupcakes and these are the best ones I have ever had. They taste just as good as they look and there is a great variety every day. The owner is just as sweet as the cupcake she makes.
