My family eat at this location frequently. Recently, we attempted to eat dinner there the evening of 1-15-17 They happened to be out of half of the items we attempted to order. Specifically, baguettes, bananas, cookies. After being discouraged by the lack of food available, we were delivered below room temperature mac and cheese. After returning it and requested It to be reheated, we were forgotten about while the staff fraternized around the food at the service window. This included the staffer wearing the red beats headphones. Not sure if that is appropriate but none the less the manager said they were short because of misguided ordering due to the storm. I Informed him that all the items were available at dierbergs across the the street. He informed me its against corporate policy to buy food from stores. Thats unfortunate and probably short sighted. I expected him to comp our meal but he simply asked if he could "get me anything for the inconvenience." I hope they realize how unprofessional the staff acted and the management takes note to make sure it doesnt happen in the future.

Bread company is my favorite! But i will never return to this location again. I brought home bread for my family, and out of the four of us, three had hairs in their bread. It was almost like it was intentionally placed in the french baguette. There were multiple pieces in my one slice. One was long and black and the other two were shorter and a lighter color. I have never been more disgusted in all my life. I understand how hair may appear on something like a sandwhich, but cooked into the bread is completely appalling! Shouldnt the hair be fastened back? Never again will i return to the bread company in wildwood.

Well never be going back here again Just paid 7.84 for a grilled cheese I could have very easily made at my house. If your going to be open till 10pm please make sure you have everything you need food wise to be open till 10 pm because they were out of bread bowls. I used to go here all the time as a kid because it was walking distance from my house, and I loved it. But now it seems like you guys are getting greedy with your food and I will not be coming back.

Much more convenient now that it has the drive-through at the new location. The store tends to mess up my order, much like they tended to do at the old location. They are quick to respond though when I call and provide a treat for the trouble. Even despite the occasional headache, I dont think Ill stop coming here to get my soup, salad, and sandwiches. Patio area on a nice day could be nice but is next to a busy road.

Wifi is super slow, cant even do homework while eating. Food is way too expensive for what it is. But an employee forgot to add my $1 off a You Pick Two and the manager helped out and literally added an extra dollar to my change. So the service is fast and friendly but the company needs to do something about the wifi and prices.

Love the new features. You can order at the tablets located throughout the restaurant or from your table using the app. Food is delivered to your table. Outside seating is available on both the front and rear of the restaurant.

I just ordered the turkey avocado BLT to go. When I was finally able to eat it (too far away from the location to have it fixed), the sandwich only had lettuce, tomato, and avocado on it. Huge waste of money.

They are always out of ingredients, they dont have enough people working there so you wait forever to order and even longer to get your order which isnt right and its always freezing inside.

Ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel and there was a FINGER NAIL on it!!!!!!!! Tried calling to speak to a manager but no one picked up instead it went to a busy signal!!!!! I am so furious!!!
