Food was great. However a few thing were off about the visit. There wasnt anyone at the food counter, so I was directed to the pastry counter by a cook and there was no one there either. It took a moment, but the manager noticed me and came to take my order. However, you cant quite see the lunch menu from the pastry section. The manager asked if I wanted a pastry and I declined (I came for a salad because I was going to have a big dinner). Then he tried to sell me on a cinnamon roll the size of my head. What really bugged me was the tip jar and and again the question to tip when paying by card. That was really off-putting since they dont even bring you your food, which even McDonalds does. Actually, they asked for a tip before they even did anything that may be deserving of a tip. And who gets the tip? The cook? The person at the counter taking my order? The manager? Ive no idea. Ive only seen this at this location. My advice to management is to pay your workers more, and ditch the tips.

This location is just okay.. it s older and has a musty smell near the back sitting area. The dining area was not clean with food on the carpet and the tables not wiped down. The food portions have significantly reduced at all of the Bread COs since they were bought its just not the same as it was just a year ago.

I was greeted by a friendly smile towards a boy named Alex, and a "how are you" from another boy named Collin as he was walking to the back. Managers as well were nice with helping to fix my order as the food workers forgot to take out the lettuce in my Caeser Salad.

I love that i work right next door to this place, and i still order online so my food is ready and i dont have to talk to anyone. I just pick up my lunch sitting on the pickup shelf, and go. Food is pretty good too. Can be expensive for lunch.

Food is good but the last few times we have gone there has been something wrong with our order each time. The company and management has been accommodating to the incorrect orders but would like it to be right the first time.

Its Bread Co. What else can you say. Jo-Ann is great!! Rachel is fun to talk with because she is from the North of England and works in the morning. So if you live English accents with your pastries this is the place to go!

Love the bread bowls and the outdoor seating here! The guy preparing it messed up and I ended up getting a bowl of soup and the bread bowl on the side and I had to poor in the soup myself because he was too lazy.

We stopped by on our way to Creve Coeur to get some lunch and our wait was as long as expected for a Saturday lunch rush. Everything I expected from a SAINT LOUIS BREAD COMPANY. SLBC. DONT FORGET THE NAME.
