I placed a cake order and no one knew where it was. I was asked multiple times what I got because they didnt label their orders. The lady at one point told me just to grab one out of the display case. I dont order things just to not have it done, it was a waste of my time. It was rude as well. I dont know how long those cakes have been there and thats why I ordered my cake. Make to order like Wal-Mart or any other store. The lady says that they just grab them from the case and basically put them on hold in the back. The cake size wasnt worth the prices they have listed. I could have got a little more at DQ for roughly the same price. I will not be going back to this company. They need to work on their communication skills, professionalism, and many more aspects after dealing with their associates.

Drive through was a very long wait tonight. Then, they overcharged us AND got our order wrong, which we had them correct when they told us our total. The blueberry banana smoothie had a huge solid cylinder of ice in the middle almost as big as the cup itself therefore it couldnt be drank. The other ice cream we ordered (Reeses Signature) container was only half full. And the final ice cream (strawberry cheesecake signature) was a slopping, dripping MESS all down the entire outside of the cup. Its like the place is run by nine year olds. I want my money back. /:

Definitely cant go through the drive thru sometimes because it is better to dine in when it comes to ice cream. By the time I got home and was able to eat the ice cream I bought it was half melted and I lost almost half of it trying to get the lid off. I wound up having to put it in a different container to eat what I had left. It was just a huge mess. And I had my A/C on full blast for the 6 minute ride home with the ice cream.

Taking 1 order at a time at the drive thru while the line backs out into the parking lot, a 4 car space between the order screen and pick up window the entire time?! Are you kidding, is this amateur hour, is there no supervision for these kids? On top of that order was wrong size,....Bring out the local ice cream shops to put this terrible excuse out of business.

The ice cream is great but I am pretty sure I was overcharged. $18 for 1 quart of ice cream is to much money. I askes the cashier if that was right price as it seemed so high. If I wasnt pregnant and craving it so bad I would have put it back. But I wont be returning. Because $18 for 1 quart of ice cream is WAY to much money I dont care how good it is

I have a tree nut allergy and I had asked if they knew what didnt have any tree nuts in it and the guy said he wasnt sure but he could find out. And he went and asked his manager and ended up being that they had a allergy book so you could find out what did and didnt have your allergen in it. They were really nice and 10 out 10 would recommend.

always good ice cream and everyone is always friendly. But store is looking very unkept. Broken, dirt and falling/missing tiles. Broke. Counter and things have tape holding it together. Store doesnt look like its kept clean. Sister had a hair in her ice cream. Makes it hard to trust cleanliness in back where we cant see!!!

The ice cream is always great. This location struggles with service and speed. Theres only ever 3 people working. Thats not enough to work the drive thru, make ice cream for the window and the line inside and ring people out. Tonight I was in line behind 7 people and waited 30 minutes before I even ordered.

This place needs management in the store very badly, there were just a few high school kids running it and they were making fun of customers and they were very slow to help even though there was no one else in line.Its not worth it at this location,especially for the price you pay for the ice cream.

Always under staffed and young kids running it. Terrible service, unable to keep up with customers in store and drive-thru, and they dont even make enough of the flavor ice cream that they are promoting so constantly running out. Very poor management!!!

I dont blame the kids that were running the place for the poor service we had. Who lets 3 16? year olds run their business unattended? I couldnt bring myself to eat it after she handled cash then the dirty water bowl then then her face then the scoop.

Coldstone is normally good, but this location was awful. Several items on the menu werent available, the AC was barely on during a hot summer night (resulting in quickly melting ice cream), the staff was rude and apathetic, and the place was a mess.

They apparently got a little busy so the teenagers working decided to tell everyone the drive through was closed and we were more than welcome to come inside. The service always sucks here but tonight tops it all.

Gross and overpriced. Went there and a worker decided to sweep under my feet and hit me with the broom. I get wanting to get off your shift, but that was really rude and he didnt even apologize or say anything.
