Very poor customer service, this location is always running out of rolls, brownies, and chicken with over an hour left till closing time. Some of employees seem slow and you have to repeat yourself so they can understand. Tonight was the last time I shall visit this establishment. I drive 20 miles only to wait another 15 minutes to find out that they dont have all of my order again! So I left and placed my order with the store in Central and they were fast polite and the store itself was much cleaner than the one in Zachary.

I ordered 20 hot wings, baked beans, potato salad, and Cole slaw from the Zachary, LA location for Superbowl Sunday. We heated the wings and beans andthen tried the wings..They had very little flavor and they were not tender. Needless to say, my wife and I were very disappointed. We have had better wings from Grocery stores! We will not recommend Wing Stop, nor will we go back again...there is not much else to say except that the order taker was extremely nice.

Its one of the better wingstops. The open space makes it a bit more comfortable than the smaller ones. The dark colors can make them feel dirty sometimes. The food is usually average to good. It tastes better earlier in the day because the grease is fresh. You can order online and pay at the store to avoid the wait. The employees are usually in a good mood, unless they just dealt with a bad customer. Overall I would recommend eating here

Ordered $40 with the food didnt receive my fries for in order would not give it to me good food worst customer service. Oh yeah called in my order they told me 20 minutes over the phone got there 15 minutes later still had to wait 35 minutes for my food and still didnt get a rite.

Horrible service. Workers seem clueless, waited nearly 45 minutes to receive the wings and were overcooked. Blaring rap music and talking in the back. Will not be coming back!

It took 30 minutes to get our food. The boneless wings had a LOT of fat in them, gross. The fountain drinks tasted funny. Im not going back there again
