I have never been to Outback before until my sister asked me to go. We got there and they said 20-30 min wait. Ok no biggie....we waited 1hr and 15 min with 30 people being seated before us. We are both handicapped and preferred a table for our comfort level. I was irritaded as many were seated at tables. The young girl and young man that were seating guests never bothered to keep us informed why so many were being seated and we were not. They hand you the hand buzzer that goes off when they are ready for you when you come in and when I went to return it....as we were leaving being very angry and frustrated....the young man made no eye contact and never questioned us as to why we were leaving. Guess they really didnt care. I called the manager when we left and she seemed appalled at what happened. She insisted on sending me gift cards....which I have not gotten. This was on Oct.14 and today is the 21st.They made us feel unimportant and I was so embarassed and angry. We left and went to another restaurant. By this time we were starving. Thank you Outback for treating me like crap. That was my first experiance with you and I have to say...I have never been treated so horribly at a restaurant in my life!

I have been coming to this outback for over 8 years. In the past 14 months the restaurant has went extremely down hill. I have asked to speak with the General Manager multiple times but he is never around. The servers seem to always work very hard but management is terrible. One Friday evening we were sat by the kitchen and asked one of our favorite old servers that passed by "who is that screaming and yelling at the staff in the kitchen?" and she let us know it was probably the manger, and it stresses the staff out. How sad. My family always looked forward to coming in and seeing certain faces especially the past GM Drew, he would greet every table in the past and made the trip worth while with his witty jokes and his peaceful demeanor. This is no longer our go to place, maybe on a Monday or Tuesday but never later in the week. The food is just as important as the experience.The food has also went downhill, there has been crumbs in my water, I always order my steak one temp down or its a hockey puck and you can hear the staff talk about how much they hate it if your at the bar. If you want to hear an angry man screaming at his staff every weekend head over to the local Outback Inver Grove Heights.

There to celebrate a new job and had a dismal dinner. The server was in a rush and short with us running off before we could speak, not friendly. Our blooming onion was greasy and mushy and room temp, we sent that back (she brought our ranch we requested with it only after we decided it was awful). Then my wedge salad was drowned in dressing, but the potato soup was good. My steak was ordered Medium but came still bleeding (barely passable as Med Rare), they offered to regrill it but never offered to refill our drinks. My companions burger was tasteless but fries were good. We asked for the large cheesecake to share but were brought just a tiny slice, so we had to ask again - we got those to go as it was sad we came to treat ourselves and instead had a sub par meal served by an obnoxious jittery waitress that was literally shaking her leg impatiently. We wont ever go back.

My husband and I went for the walk about Wednesday $9.99 special. I went to the restroom and was so grossed out, there was not a useable toilet. Our waitress was running around like the restaurant was full she delivered our meals asked if we wanted anything and my husband asked for 51 steak sauce she said she would be right back. We sat there watching her go from table to table (3) never bringing the 51. We waited so long our food was cold. When she finally came over, she again asked if we needed anything, I said, we are still waiting for the 51, but now we would just like a box. We will not be going back.

We wete very disapointed with both the food and service. We ate there at 2:30 on a Sunday and it was not very busy. Almost half our food was either missing or wrong. One steak was so chewy it could barely be eaten. One was burnt to a crisp. One was actually prepared correctly. My sons grilled cheese was COLD and the cheese wasnt melted at all! They did get him a new one though. The bathroom was not very clean and instead of putting the new rolls of paper towels in the dispenser they just set both of them on the vanity so you had to unroll some and tear it off. We will not be going back.

Third time and third bad experience. Had the Fish and Chips. Fish was done in a flour batter with no flavor . Dark streaks ran thru with bad taste. Chips were not that great. I know its a steak house, but your non-beef servings should at least be up to par. Others at the table seemed to have better meals. Salads looked very good. Server took our plates after and said she would bring back the saved steak in a to go box for our dog. Needless to say, the dog went hungry that night. We have been to other Outbacks with better results.

The 3 times I have been to this establishment they have failed. Today the worst, I order a medium well sirloin I get an EXTREMELY WELL DONE. When I went to pick up my food I had about 4or 5 staff members not even acknowledge that I was there while they walked by and just stared, so I stood in the to go waiting area for 5 min when a girl finally came in to drop off a bag she just looked at me and walked away. This place truly does not care about customer service and they always forget something. Truly disappointed.

I had the sirloin salad. I put a tiny bit of salad dressing but it seem to multiply in salad dressing volume. I should have tossed it before I added the dressing. Not saying they recycled tossed salad but it is might suspicious. The waitress was not focused on the table but to the bar peeps. I had to chase the waitress down for the check. Not please. Im visiting so I most likely wont come again. But then, Im wouldnt go to my outback in my own city for this reason. Just a heads up.

Horrible!! We went here for my husbands birthday dinner. Everything we ordered pretty much was not how we expected. The Margareta was terrible. I dont even know how to describe it. We asked for a new one but was pretty much told to order something else instead. The French dressing was tangy and made the salad in edible. Then we get the prime rib, which is the reason we went there in the first day. It wasnt cooked. It was very rare. Bloody!! Dont waste your time going here.

I ordered curbside, courteous & all but they screw you on portions, guess I need to start opening soup container/food before I drive off, just sad. I ordered a bowl (not a cup) & didnt even get a measly cup, what gives? I did order before closing but call & tell me theyre out or something, dont be lazy & send this out. I actually got plenty of ranch dressing & I assumed it was soup until I got home smh go to Roseville location, worth the drive
