We recently hosted an event in the upstairs room as an organization, and had a fantastic experience. They set up tables, chairs and tablecloths out for us, which was more than we ever expected from a bar. The night began with an extended welcoming by the father of the bars owner. The waitress serving our group then ran as quick as she could back and forth from the bar the whole night, (drinks were only $2 from the tap), and towards the end of the night they brought out enough free appetizers for everyone there. Highest Recommendation.

They had a Groupon so figured we would give this place a chance. Started out bad when it took about 30 minutes to get our drinks. Another 20 minutes later we actually got to order our food. It was a full hour before our food came out. Appetizer came out at the same time as the food. Potato skins were undercooked. Tenderloin, while being huge, was super dry and overcooked. Beer fries were very soggy. Waitress never really checked on us. Sat around without drinks a good portion of the time. I wont be back

This place is awful. I literally ordered a drink and then 30 seconds later the bouncer stole my drink. To which the bouncer responded, "You try this job." I have worked in the food service for many years and would never sell someone a drink when I know I am going to take it away. Selling someone a drink and then taking it away 30 seconds later is not sales it is theft. I would not recommend this pub to anyone. They are horrible. If I could give a negative star I would. 1 star is way too generous.

Beyond the great place it once was the mixed drinks were poured at bar minimum. After a $60.00, I was still not even buzzed. Too bad for the management that you have to have such weak pours and the only diet soda there was diet coke. PROBABLY WONT GO BACK AGAIN ANYTIME SOON. TOO MANY OTHER BARS IN THE TOWN THAT ARE HAPPY THAT I AM SPENDING MY MONEY...AND GIVE THE STANDARD POUR AND A HALF. i might come to the auction when it happens.

We stumbled into the Dublin Pub during the St Patricks day celebration in Cedar Rapids and they had customers up to their armpits. We had good service, good food and with a smile. It was one of the high points of the day. Looking foreword to a return visit.

I was expecting "bar food" and was hugely impressed by how great the menu was and the actual food! We had an office party there and I guess you can rent a space for private parties pretty easily. Anyway, the food is awesome!!

Amazing service and the food is very good. No waiting for tables normally and servers are friendly and responsive. The bar has a wide selection, well stocked and bartenders are very knowledgeable as well. Will come back often.

Super good food and lots to choose from on the menu, great drink specials... often 2-for-1s on weekends that starts at like 8 or 9pm. We like to go in for a late dinner and catch a few cheap drinks before the crowd rolls in.

They have good bar food options like appetizers, sandwiches and fries. There is a variety of pizzas on the menu. I would not recommend going there for the pizza. It is thin crust and I didnt think it had good flavor.

So many great food options. My son loves the Guinness Mac-n-cheese. I have never had a bad meal there. Fresh Fresh Fresh...even when it is deep fried, like the Irish Lawgs. Delish!
