VERY cool little spot. My wife and I go down here before/after events downtown to have a drink and people watch. You can find this underground bar in Printers Alley, on the right down a small flight of stairs. It is extra European, and sports are sure to be on, especially soccer if in season, as well as other major sports. Please keep in mind, this is a VERY smoking allowed bar. It is the one thing that make my wife and I turn and walk out the door quickly on nights where they are busy. Since its downstairs, all the smoke just lingers over the whole bar area, and if you dont like that sort of thing, it can get hard to breathe in just a couple minutes down there. Otherwise, the drinks are great, and any food that weve been brave enough to order thus far has been good. Defintely "English-style" plates, so come prepared. We still go frequently, and I would recommend it!

Was sent to Pucketts for lunch on my first day in Nashville; place was just a little over crowded with the local businessmen and lawyers for the quiet pub I typically look for. I pulled a waitress aside and asked where I could find a nice relaxed atmosphere with good food and great drinks without hesitation her reply was the Fleet Street Pub. Seven of us began and ended every day of a four day guys weekend throwing darts, singing songs and telling lies about the day before. No better way to start the day than with the Whitechapel Welsh Rarebit with a fried egg and bacon. The service is fantastic and the food is off the hook.

Truly a diamond in the rough. I moved downtown a few months ago, and found this little pub. It never shows up on any of the cheesy "Top 10 Must See Bars in Nashville" lists, which makes it all the cooler in my opinion. This place is oozing with culture, and does a really good job of replicating an english pub. If you prefer to be bombarded with dance music, or want to see live music, this isnt really the venue for you. If you want a really cool, laid back environment where you can share a few drinks with your mates then this is a "Must See" bar in Nashville.

Fleet Street Pub is a great place to unwind after a long day, or to grab a great lunch at a reasonable place. This pub is located right in the hear of printers alley. As you walk down the long metal staircase, you wonder what you have gotten yourself into. At lunchtime, you find a smoke free upscale pub with white linen on the tables. The friendly service and great food make this a favorite for lunch. If you are hungry, try the shepherds pie. If you arent too hungry, try the cock-a-leekie soup. Whatever you choose, you wont be disappointed.

Service super slow! Waitstaff didnt look like they knew what they were doing at all! Took about 10-15min just to be acknowledged that we were there. Another 5 min just to get waters. We noticed a table that sat down next to us and a waiter/waitress got their drink order and another waiter/waitress went back 4 times and never took order even after they said they were ready to order. Overall horrible experience would never suggest going there based on service alone, even though the food was decent.

The service is well below par, but dont that dissuade you. The English style pub fare is delicious! Never had a bad pint either. For me, Fleet Street is on the map - the only downtown Nashville bar on the map - by dint of its being the officially recognized Arsenal Football Club Supporters Pub. Come on you Gooners, indeed! A fantastic place to watch the big Champions League matches, English Premier League, & the big rugby cups if thats your cuppa.

If you dont mind the copious amounts of cigarette smoke, this place is amazing! Service is generally really snappy, prices are great ($2.50 well on happy hour!), and its got a very "dive-y" feel which can be neat. They also have dartboards and some pretty solid food, so there is most anything you could actually want from a bar in this one location.

Great food! We are foodies and definitely loved this place! Dont be fooled by its hole in the wall appearance. Some of the best apps I have had! The staff is great too...made sure we knew that it was happy hour! :) The only downfall is there is smoking but hell I grew up in Germany and England and there was always smoking. Hasnt killed me yet!

I come to Nashville often. Outside of Cusco Peru (which had the best Chicken Curry) this place is my favorite. So if you want Chicken Curry (and hot is very hot so maybe medium) make a B Line to this place. Oh yeah the ceiling is kinda scary with smoke foam insulation absorbed cigarettes but put that aside for the Curry.

the food was great, there were three servers while I was there, two of them were wonderful, but the other ruined the entire place for me. I have never had someone be so rude and condescending toward me in my life. I will not be returning, no one should treat another person the way this bartender was treating her costumers.

Absolutely love this place. Ive been a regular for a few years, because the service and environment are beyond fantastic. Darts, great food and service with the best happy hour in town. I almost dont want to recommend it so it doesnt get crowded, but Id be lying if I said this wasnt my favorite place in Nashville.

Awesome authentic British pub! The menu features classic comfort pub food with a bit of a gourmet twist (and there are some healthy options, too, like a delicious roasted veggie medley). Great selection of beers, including Boddingtons. A terrific spot for a casual lunch or catch-up with friends. Ill be back!

Visiting Fleet Street Pub was like being in Manchester, UK again. The ambiance was awesome, and included an attractive, authentic British bar keep! The fish and chips had a lovely lemony essence, perfect with Strongbow cider. Check out the cool bathroom doors - the attention to detail is fantastic.

We got into town late and kind of stumbled into this pub because we were starving. Service was very friendly and the food was quite nice. The only downside was they allowed smoking inside, which was unusual for us since were from out of state. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Awesome pub just blocks away from the craziness of Broadway. Somewhat hidden away, but definitely worth checking out. I didnt get a chance to stop in to watch a soccer match, but my father comes here regularly for that and claims its the place to go in Nashville.

Great atmosphere. Great service! Great food! Good selection of adult drinks. This is a smoking establishment. Im not a smoker, yet the smoke has never gotten overwhelmingly heavy, even during crowded times. This is my sons favorite place when he comes to visit.

I had the bread pudding and the fish and chips. The bread pudding was good. The fish and chips were very bland, the fish batter tasted more like funnel cake breading. And they tasted a little like the oil was old and black. I will not be going back.
