My wife order food for the entire family! She requested no vegetables in my lo mein. My wife even did as much as listing the vegetables we did not want in there. She went and picked up the food. Only to discover there were vegetables in the lo mein. Which is fine obviously a simple misunderstanding. I completely understand mistakes are made I called back and politely said we requested no vegetables, the lady on the phone says to me " yeah I remember your wife she order wrong she never say no vegetables." I politely say I heard her request no vegetables she cuts me off and says noting she can do we go back and forth back and forth she continues on she is too busy to deliver and that my wife messed up the order. I then tell her Im returning the food and I want my money back she finally agrees to refund my money once I bring back the food. This lady then says "dont eat it cause we check". Unbelievable I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Very unfortunate because we liked the food there a lot and have had no other issues. You have successfully lost my business and I will write a poor review on ever site possible. For the record this is the first time I have ever written a negative review. Learn how to treat your customers.

Wow. This place used to be great but last night my food didnt taste like food it tasted like oil and it is not like you can get a refund from this place. What was supposed to be a special birthday dinner that we only do once a year was a waste of money awful good and this place used to be good. I am not a fan of this place I had a friend who ate here who got massive food poisoning when she had them remake her food DO NOT EAT HERE

Pretty good food for a fast and inexpensive meal. I got the Kung Pow chicken lunch special today and have no complaints. The best part of the meal is definitely the rangoons that come with it but the rest is always pretty good. The staff is friendly and the food always comes out fast. I wouldnt take a date here but it makes for a pretty good lunch if you want to be fast and cheap!

Located in a busy strip mall next to a Wal-Mart. Where you go when you dont want to spend a lot for dinner. Typical fare found in midwestern Chinese establishments, with a small amount of vegetarian options. Im pleased that they recently switched to using triangle tofu, something not found in other Cedar Rapids Chinese restaurants.

The food was ok. Nothing I would go out of my way for. Everything is served on disposable plates with plastic forms at the table. You have to get up to get your own cup and water. No other drink options. Watched an employee make crab Rangoon and play with her phone then continue her work without washing her hands.

The lady who took the order was very disrespectful and unprofessional i have experienced attitude from them before but never to this extent i shouldnt be hearing you saying oh wow or make side comments for a misunderstanding their food is good great even but i would stop eating there just for your attitude #Ridiculous

When I got my order three of my wings was gone the driver looked very shady so I called to inform the owner or whoever answered the phone and they did not believe what I was telling them Im a big guy Im going to count my wings especially because the bag was so light never again
