THIS PLACE LET SOMEONE USE MY BUSINESS CREDIT CARD FOR 3 TRANSACTIONS ALL IN A WEEK FROM 2-6,8 & 9 , ALL IN THE AMOUNTS OVER $30.00. WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND ASKED TO SEE IF THEY CAN PROVIDE THE CREDIT CARD RECEIPTS TO SEE WHO SIGNED THE COMPANY NAME, THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK AND CALL ME BACK THAT WAS ON 2-10-17, NEVER HEARD BACK CALLED AGAIN MONDAY AND THEY SAID MANGER WAS NOT IN, CALLED AGAIN WEDNESDAY AND THEY SAID MANGER NOT IN, I CALLED THURSDAY AT 3:15PM AND A LADY ANSWERED AND I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE WAS ONE, AND I ASKED HER ABOUT MY BUSINESS CREDIT CARD BEING USED, AND SHE ADVISED SHE HAS NOT EVER TALKED TO ME AND THAT THEY DO NOT KEEP ANY CREDIT CARD RECEIPTS .... HOW CAN A RESTAURANT NOT KEEP ANY CREDIT CARD RECEIPTS THAT WERE JUST USED LAST WEEK???? AND WHY WAS ID NOT ASKED FOR... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE , OR THEY WILL LET ANYONE USE YOUR CREDIT CARD THERE AND NOT EVEN CARE THAT SOMEONE HAS STOLEN FROM A BUSINESS. IF IT WAS THEM, THEY WOULD BE ALL ON IT !!! THE POLICE AND THE BANK FRAUD DEPARTMENT WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM.. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS PLACE .. AWFUL PEOPLE... !!!!!!! VERY POOR DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS....

The food is horrible. Do not waste your money here! The egg drop soup has the consistency of SNOT. I am shocked by the amount of good reviews on here. The people that work here are hateful. They do not like to explain menu items. If you MUST eat here, order very basic menu items, such as: fried rice, wonton soup, lo mein or chow mei fun. The eggrolls are gross. Stay away from GOLDEN CRISPY SHRIMP - it is overly breaded deep fried shrimp with sweet and sour sauce mixed with sambal poured all over it. Sounds good? It wasnt. The batter on the shrimp was RAW inside. Listen, go to Chis on Old Cantrell or Fantastic China. NEW FUN REE SUCKS. Disliked: Taste of Food, Quality of Food, Service and Atmosphere

Food is bad. Sesame chicken is some bag of frozen pre-packaged junk that has more tasteless breading than tasteless chicken. Think the low quality of a bad buffet... or texas. Deep fried and dumped into a wok with pure sweet sauce that had nothing to do with sesame sauce. Steamed rice was dried out and undercooked to begin with. Broccoli garnish, practically raw. Lo mein even worse, it was made with fettuccine pasta! and tasteless bits of beef. Overall between the cashier picking gunk out of his finger nails the entire time and the cook giving me baleful glances every time he looked up, it was uncomfortable standing there waiting. We should have went to taco bell and got a decent meal.

I work at a local hospital and we order from New Fun Ree on occasion. The service can be hit or miss and you need to be patient when placing an order because of the language barrier. We are very thankful that they deliver because many restaurants in the area do not and it is VERY hard for us to leave work to get food! The lunch specials are great and I LOVE the chicken on a stick and the fried chicken wings! Thank you New Fun Ree!!!!

I could go on and on, but suffice to say, this is absolutely the worst Chinese food Ive ever had. The 5 or 6 things we tried ranged from not good to inedible. The hot and sour soup, egg foo yong, and fantail shrimp fell into the "inedible" catagory, as in one bite and right into the garbage. Actually, overall this might be the worst food experience Ive ever had. Seriously, that bad.

Good basic Chinese take out / delivery. Better than average quality for Little Rock (which is NOT overrun with actual Asians nor Asian cooking). Try Sesame Shrimp (or any of the shrimp dishes) for the biggest size and portion of shrimp you will EVER find in Chinese takeout. Always get the fried rice, and most of the appetizers are pretty tasty. Great taste for the value!

This is my favorite chinese place in Central Arkansas! The chicken is amazing and they definitely know how to cook! The serving sizes used to be huge but they have recently cut back and started packing in some broccoli which is a bummer but they still serve enough to fill you up! I eat here as much as I can, great place!

hole in the wall Chinese joint across from McDonalds on 7th street. Pretty decent food and friendly staff, just get there outside of the rush hours else you will be waiting. Also, they like fried rice here, so if you want steamed, you need to ask for it. they will accommodate just about any reasonable request.

Very good hot and sour soup. made the way Im used to, chicken based broth. Hunan beef had large fresh veggies in it. Made it a supper combo, good choice on my part. Been a while since I was offered a choice between steamed or fried rice as the go along. I should have asked for a set of sticks though.

Just tried to call and place a simple order, I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. I tried to tell him my address, and he kept misunderstanding me, so I calmly repeated myself, still no luck. The conversation ended with him hanging up on me. No customer service skills at all.

I just received my food at 12:47 I ordered at 11:30. The crispy noodles was stale that went in the soup and the food wasnt hot. Why it take an hour and the food not even hot. I will not be ordering again from this restaurant I dont know if management changed or what. Disappointing.

While the portion sizes are nice, the food is aweful! I do not want to finish eating what I ordered. My honey chicken tastes like old orange chicken and the meat is tough. The rice is flavorless. Total waste of money! So pissed I had to pay for this crap!

Just got it delivered for the first time. Absolutely horrible. Our food was cold. There was no seasoning on anything. The chicken was not chicken and very suspicious looking. And our sugar donuts were burnt with no sugar on them. Never again. Gross!

It may not be the best asian sit-down, but it is the best takeout we have found in all of Little Rock/N Little Rock area. We drive 15 minutes just to get the takeout from here because no one else has takeout this good.

We order from New Fun Ree once per month. Excellent food, great service and priced right. The orders are always packaged with great care, too. We always order delivery and they are very fast, too! Love New Fun Ree!

Mediocre, typical Chinese buffet food, not especially outstanding. Food all has that sort of bland, fried taste and fairly salty. Could push down the prices I think to be more appealing. Hot & sour soup was spicy!

I eat here pretty often. Its a downtown Chinese lunch. Its not bad. Its not amazing. The soups are good and everything else tastes exactly as you would think. Service has always been nice for me.
