06/27/2017 I asked for brown rice and was told they did not have any brown rice. I asked for sweetener for my tea and was told they were out of it, would have some tomorrow. I told him I was here TODAY. We ordered an egg roll which did not appear. A manager did talk with us, but very poor service and not a great attitude for the server who was so rude.

I cant put my finger on why since we like Panda in other places, but the food was just bland. Orange chicken tasted milder than usual & maybe undercooked. Stir fry rice was bland. Veggies were good. Only diet drink is Pepsi. Panda passion flavored tea not so good. Just make regular tea when only one is offered. No military discount. BLEH

Customer service really sucked today!! 8-11-16. Lady was rude to my wife, my wife called her out, this is the second time there customer service sucked. Well we wont be eating there anymore!!! If I had employees that acted like that they would be fired!

Usually a hit or miss... Beginning of the year was good, now its horrible. Chicken was burned and noodles were soggy... I complained to the store website and no response. People are nice, the quality just isnt there anymore.

Always get good service here and the food is always prepared fresh. If it isnt the freshest batch they will go out of their way to make one up for you! Always look forward to coming here :) Would recommend!
