Friendly staff, wide variety of yummy goodness beverages, great variety of pastries and goodies, clean store, nice outdoor seating for those nice days outside. On the downside, Starbucks does not support our troops, prices are expensive, when theres a promotion or just on certain days and/or nights its so crowded you cannot hardly move and the wait time, even through the drive thru, can be up to 30 min just for a beverage. Even with downsides, everything tastes so good, it makes it worth it to overlook the downsides. If you have never had Starbucks you are missing out on lifes little pleasures.

I go to this Starbucks on a pretty regular basis and up until about the last 8 months the service has been great but it seems management is making some pretty terrible hiring decisions. When I go through the drive through it takes no less than 10 minutes to get my drink. Its a drive through...hello. Management needs to get a grip OR maybe new management is what that store needs. I really hope it gets better because I love my Starbucks and this one is terrible. CUSTOMER SERVICE...........its everything!! You are missing it & I hope you get it back soon.

Starbucks in Plainfield is pretty good. The staff are very, very friendly and are often having fun behind the counter whilst still being productive. Its very small and usually hard to find a seat. In fact, they recently changed the layout which means there is far less seating (removed two round tables in favor of some plush seats...) which is a shame. Regardless, the drinks are great and the staff are super nice and remember your name. They even asked where I had been when I returned after a few months, which was really warming.

I have been to this place a number of times before and they were always quick. For the past few days the service is terribly slow. i tried giving them benefit of doubt before writing this review. They even messed up my drink which i drank only after i reached work. My drink was ready and the lady at the window was holding the drink and taking orders. i had to honk at her. Terrible terrible service.

I love starbucks. And i use to go to this starbucks atleast 3-4 times a week until today! I have had it! The staff are horrible! Ill tell them my order and the repeat the exact order i get to the window and its completely wrong and they still charge me! The staff are very rude and its like they rather have social hour and then talk to customers!

My older brother and I went in here to get some coffee. I ordered a pokemon go frappuccino and he ordered a carmel brulee latte. I got mine within the first 5 minutes of it being ordered. However, we waited for about an hour and he never got his drink. I saw many other people get their drinks that came in after us. We got a refund and left.

I have found that this location in particular has horrible customer service. The service is slow and the employees seem to hate their jobs. I feel like Im bothering them when I go into the store. I really hope they get new employees and maybe new management is needed.

Not a regular Starbucks goer, for multiple reasons, but this Starbucks specifically is pretty good. The clover system is an interesting stand out. The seating is not great. Needs more comfy seating. Staff is generally helpful, and friendly enough when I have been.

Im a regular Starbucks customer, and I have been to stores all over the country. Each time I come to this one, the service is extraordinarily slow, and the drinks are burnt. I enjoy Starbucks quite a bit, but this store gives the product and service a bad name.

The staff here is what makes this place so great! I love a good cup to get my day on but the people are what make this a 5 Star experience! It can be slow at times but every place gets busy but it is always worth the wait to see my peeps making it happen!

This Starbucks meets all my requirements for a place to get coffee in the morning. Theyre fast, pleasant, and not obnoxious. There are not a lot of tables here, though, so its not the best for getting in an hour or two of work in the morning.

The loudest and most annoying starbucks ever. All the laughing by the staff and loud comments made by them , seemed to b more on a playground with 6 year olds ,than n a rep. Establishment . Never again with I go there.
