Today is the last time they get my business. It seems the entire staff has turned over twice in the past year or so, and this store has suffered for it. The last several times I have eaten here its been dirty, slow and non-chalant service. They always seem to be training a new employee who is no longer there on my next visits lol The buffet is almost never fully stocked and the last time I had it they forgot to put water under the metal buffet trays so they all overheated, burning the food. Today they couldnt get my drive through order right, didnt give me a receipt and wouldt answer the phone when I tried to call to complain, even though the place was dead. Nex time I want KFC I will drive to Anderson or New Castle, both are far superior in every way.

Not happy with the service received and only have been here once. There was an issue with loud rap music playing in the background while we were eating. This did not give the review 3 stars. But what did was how the Manager handled the situation. We were the youngest couple in there and did not see anyone else on their phone. So we asked the Manager if the noise was coming from the kitchen, immediately he said, "No". Well the Manager walked back to the kitchen as I had no choice but to let it go and long behold as soon as he walked in the back office.... The music stopped. If a Manager cannot be honest with his personal mistakes, I am not sure this restaurant can be trusted with our food.

Sat at the drive through speaker for a long time before the gal asked our order. We checked our receipt before we drove home to be sure she got it right because she didnt repeat the order back and seemed a little unsure when we picked it up at the window. The receipt was right so we went home. Get home, and we are shorted chicken, a cookie, our biscuits are soggy and one wasnt even a whole biscuit. Thought about going back because we didnt pay almost 20 bucks to be shorted food and be given old biscuits. But we were hungry and have not yet been grocery shopping, so we just ate what we got. But it is still unacceptable. Havent been to this kfc in several years, and we will not return soon.

Last week (Oct, 2016) I waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins. Was unable to order since the speaker wasnt working. When I finally got to the window I was informed that they were out of chicken and it would be at least a 20 min wait (this was at 7:30 way past the dinner rush) There were at least 6 cars in line who all drove off. The previous visit I also had a long wait & when I commented on the wait the server replied that they really werent a fast food rest. Tried to e-mail the store with my concerns & their web site is unavailable. I like their grilled chicken, but they are usually out when I tried to order.

Sat in drive thru for over 7 to 8 minutes waiting on my order and overheard one of the young workers shout, I quit, I quit, I quit. She should quit, no napkins or silverware in bag. Very unfriendly and practically threw my order at me. Also, ordered 3 piece BBQ tender basket, received 2 tenders and one very small, tough 3Rd piece. Come on KFC... give us our $ worth and an associate happy to serve us. You take our $ with a smile. No wonder this location is rated 2.6. Bad customer service.

If I could give zero stars itd describe my experience better. I just went through the drive thru, its obvious the person hated their job & customers. Once I got home, I realize the chicken sold to me is apparently old. Its so dried out that you cant even pick it apart. It was supposed to be original, yet is breaking off. Ive tried calling 3 times & nobody will answer the phone. Highly disappointed & have food that isnt even edible.

Not the first time I have had problems at the drive thru. Young kids working at window, didnt get any white meat with my meals. When I called to ask for manager, he sounded like the guy at the drive thru. He said you have to ask for white meat in the meals, although on the menu on line it shows a breast, a leg, and a thigh. Do they deserve $15.00 per hour? Think not!

I went there today 2/3/17 and my whole order was wrong how do you mess up a whole order I did not realize until I got home and put plates on the counter. then I had to go back and wait the lady told me I have the wrong order because theres no crispy chicken ready what about the mashed potatoes the corn in the potato wedges I order they didnt even give me that.

We had good service today but the only problem was there was a customer being very rude to the manager and the employees and the manager had to call her boss to see what they wanted to about it after the customer was asked repeatedly to leave the store and the customers children tried to get him to leave he almost got the police called

Dried up dog food. The lady next to me complained about something she found in her coleslaw. The manager was rude and she demanded her money back. We use to eat there once a week but not anymore. The place has went downhill in the last 6 months. The kids that run the place just dont care. Garbage!!!!!! June 29 2016 @ 4:22 pm.

I was at this location today 8/26/2016 at about 130pm and it was so bad we demanded our money back, food on buffet bar was cold and I complained it was at unsafe level, then my friend waited on chicken and employee just looked at him for over five minutes never asking to be helped. It was bad, we will never ever go back

Service was horrible. Food on buffet was old and there were empty pans. The entire staff was comprised of children, managed by a child. Complained to "manager, and was told that it takes time to cook things in the microwave. Other customers were complaining as well. Very unsatisfied. All this at 5 pm on a Friday night.

Received very poor service there last night after waiting 6-7 minutes in drive-thru for service I was greeted by a young girl who let me know they would like to get out of there on time. Maybe they were just have a bad day or evening. Definite need to re-educate and train staff on Customer Service- 101.

Fresh hot chicken, stuffing and noodles. Always delicious sweet tea. Friendly cashier, had trainer on his name badge but missed his name. Very polite! Out of butter??? Food was very good but condiment area was wiped out, had to ask for everything. Didnt give them a clue that stuff needed to be filled.

This place does not close until 10pm. I pull up at 9:15 - one person in front of me. I wanted to get a 12 PC bucket of chicken. They said they had 3 pieces of chicken left, and couldnt serve me because they had no chicken. What gives?! This is crazy! Lost a sale - as I drove away.
