It is a little rushed for a Starbucks. It is popular so I am certain my 4 star review isnt going to drag it down... but any time I have been at this location there is zero casual interaction with customers... it is all about getting down to business... which can be seen as good... and I am the kind of guy that appreciates the getting business done... but there is a weird disconnect at this starbucks... it is almost like it is an Airport Starbucks that got relocated.

Love this store! My jam is grande skinny cinnamon dulce latte... Its delicious every time. Unlike DD, when the same coffee tastes different every time and usually doesnt taste good at all. Service is always friendly and spot on. Nice atmosphere to just hang out in as well. The only negative is sometimes theres not enough parking. (probably because everyone feels the same way as i do)

This has been my Starbucks of choice since they added it to Muncie. Over the past 6-8 months Ive noticed a change in the atmosphere of the store.. My drink(s) is/are always correct and they taste as youd expect but something feels off in the interaction. Call me oversensitive but its left me wondering what I and my cold brew coffee have done to offend... :-(

They are very slow in this store and some of the employees are very rude. My drink was fine, but they are very lacking in customer service skills. What I mean by this is the manager on duty had an attitude, and that is reflected on all the employees that work there. The biggest advantage they have is because they are in a college town.

They have always been courteous and quick. I go there very often with my girlfriend to read the Bible in the mornings and I would say we only get a drink about a third of the times, but they still treat us very nicely.

Some employees were too busy laughing and not doing their job. I stood for a while till one different gentleman helped me. (thank you!) steak wraps taste great and so did my frappe.

Employees have zero customer service. Normally I dont care about it but the employees I interacted with make it very uncomfortable. I wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Service is slow. Baristas are very young. Not very good about keeping the store clean. They dont do a good job with "jump the line". Nowhere near enough parking.
