At 8:01 AM, 08-19-2016, I placed a mobile order to the store. I arrived at 8:19 AM to pick up the order. It wasnt there. After I waited a couple of minutes I said something to the person behind the counter. He rudely replied that he was working on mobile orders and to wait, as he pointed to a couple slips of paper on the counter. My name was not there and it had been 20 minutes since I placed my order. (Also, I had about 30 minutes, at this point, to get to my work, which took exactly that long to get to. (Work is 16 miles from where the store was.)) I told him none of those were mine. I then asked if it was possible that someone walked off with it? Ive had this happen. He then said, they dont check IDs. I told him I knew that, but could he check and see if it was something he had already made, so I would know and he would know if he just needed to remake it. He told me yes, but then said I must have placed it at the wrong store. I didnt. When he got the, Im assuming, manager to come out, they both had an attitude and seemed to be under the impression that I was making it up. Im guessing they found the order, which they never said anything else, because then he asked me how I wanted my drink.(I had ordered a drink and one of the Ancho Chipotle Chicken sandwiches.) Even though it should have been in front of them, I told him. It was still wrong! At this point I was already going to be about 10 minutes, or more behind getting to work, so I didnt have time to try and fix the situation any further. The entire experience was horrible and it is not the first time that something like this has happened at this store. I never had a problem with this store until the last couple of months or so. At first it was that they kept messing up orders, but more recently, (the last couple of months) its been the people are really kind of rude. Not ALL, but I would say, everyone Ive had contact with except 2 in the last 2 months. This is unacceptable. I am a master cosmetologist, its a service industry job. You cant treat people like this and expect them to keep coming back. I think I may have to go out of my way to a different store if I REALLLLLY want Statbucks, which means I wont be stopping no where near as much.

The staff are very friendly and the drive-up service needs a little help. Everytime I place an order through drive up my order is completely wrong. One morning another customer in drive-up was very nice to pay for my order. My order which was banana bread the young lady proceeded to give me a coffee. I explained to her that I didnt order coffee Im the banana bread. She then goes to let me know that the driver that was in front of me paid for my order. I say to the young lady: Youre telling me the driver that was in front of me paid for not my order but the order thats behind me correct? Due to my order is banana bread. The young lady said yes and I end up paying for my banana bread anyway which is okay but this is the same young lady who always messes up on my order every time in drive up!!!! Since this has happened more than 3 times I have start going into Starbucks to buy my banana bread

Really upset that I checked online to see when they closed last night(9/22/12) and it states 11pm but I got to the store and it says 10:30pm, not to mention that the lights at the drive thru were still on and 2 people inside but nobody could come on the speaker and say "Sorry were closed!!!" Very bad customer service and you would think that somebody would be responsible for the info online not being correct. Might not be making a stop here again!!!

I love this place its close to home and its a good friendly place to study and hangout. But i didnt give it 5stars because sometimes they lack in resources to make some of my favorite drinks like, smoothies i wanted a smoothie and both of the smoothies required bananas and all of their bananas were expired so that was a disappointment but over all i love coffee so i love starbucks

This place is terrible. I frequent the Starbucks in the east end. Several. They are.all waaaay better than this one. Three in the afternoon on a Sunday and SEVEN people working....not one friendly person and took 11 minutes to get our drinks. One has grounds all in the cup. Gross, and super rude people.

Their coffee always taste burnt or watered down. They will argue with you when you tell them they got your drink wrong. The biristas are NEVER happy. Not a smile in the bunch. I will go out of my way to a friendlier Starbucks that has coffee that tastes right.

If waist money on unfresh food from here they wont do anything to make it right except let "the delivery" people know. Most chains will replace it. But not this Starbucks which is disappointing since I come here all the time. Felt like I got robbed.

Iced Green Tea and a Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich---good way to start the day. I do like that as a non-coffee drinker I can still go and stop at a local Starbucks for some sustenance.

Not clean. Flies everywhere. Employees not friendly. There was literally 3 dirty tables that were not touched by staff in 2 hours. Avoid this location. I rarely write negative reviews.

They only made a mistake twice. I know that seems bad, but when you go almost 3-4 times a week for a few years thats great odds. Just take a sip before you leave and leave a tip!

The baristas are rockin it here! Full flavored rich coffee and blended drinks! If you like green tea, try a Green Tea Frappuccino with a shot of espresso! Yum!

Our drinks tasted "burnt", but the barista was very nice about it and remade them
