Damask is a nice break from the monotony of restaurants in Munice with vegan friendly dishes! The staff was very friendly and attentive. My server even went to make my Mediterranean Lemonade after informing me they were out, and I really appreciated it after tasting how delicious the lemonade was! The hummus appetizer was good with soft fresh pita for dipping. My entree was a vegan Morrocan tagine dish with chickpeas, butternut squash, and oranges which was amazing. I would high recommend and they have Muncies only outdoor hookah tent.

This was the best eating experience Ive ever had. The quality of service was astonishing. The waitress was very attentive and knew every dish like the back of her hand. The owner even came out to make sure that we had a good dining experience. The food was unlike anything I have ever tasted. It was prepared very well and even though the price was a little high,the quantity AND the quality of the food made up for it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very relaxing and authentic. I will be coming here at least once a month.

Great service... amazing Greek food in a town that has limited Greek food options. My wife and I were having lunch and someone from the kitchen let us know the convection oven was not working and that the spanakopita would take longer than normal... she switched her lunch choice... but the people that work here seemed to get these people with limited time for lunch need to be informed about possible setbacks in timely delivery of their food. The gyro salad was delicious!

I cant tell you what a great find this place is! Muncie seems to specialize in fast food and chain restaurants so Damask Cafe is a great change of pace. It took me forever to pick an entree because there are so many interesting options on the menu. My entree (Moroccan tanjine) was delicious, the portion was large and reasonably priced. Be aware that this restaurant does not serve alcohol, if that is important to you. If I was a local I would be a regular at Damask.

I stopped in to grab some quick food because the SO is out of town. I also think this place is a breath of fresh air from the surrounding restaurants. I got the falafel, summac chicken, and the Mediterranean soup. It didnt impress me. The menu stated the chicken was the best taste of muncie 2013, well, it was extremely bland. The soup tasted like tomato soup. The falafel was great, despite the rest. Maybe Ill give it another chance.

My fiancee came during a slow time ordered the feast combo with lamb and flank cooked to perfection. It was one of the most delicious meals we have ever had! The service was also excellent I would suggest this to anyone craving some delicious Mediterranean cuisine.

Ive never had food that tasted bad here -- even foods I usually dislike. The feast and tribal platters are really good deals. Fries are some of my favorites ever. Anyone Ive taken has enjoyed it too!

Lots of menu options for carnivores, vegetarians and vegans. We had a curry fritter wrap and a chicken wrap that came with great house salads. Very satisfied with the experience!

Everything is delicious. Theres even multiple dishes for vegetarians and vegans. The staff is always friendly and timely. Definitely try the Mediterranean lemonade!
