While I was deciding whether to give the restaurant 4 or 5 stars, I noticed I had received a mocha on ice, while I had wanted a blended ice mocha. It was a simple miscommunication that the cashier was ready to fix, when the owner came over and said he wouldnt exchange my drink. To be fair, I came in to redeem my the free birthday drink coupon; but being my birthday, and being a new customer, I had expected better service and a better attitude from the owner of the establishment. Its unfortunate that I wont be returning to an otherwise good place.

This is my absolute favorite coffee spot in all of Kalamazoo. Every time I go in, I get a large black coffee. The coffee is never burnt, and thermos kept to keep it fresh. Though my favorite part of my entire Biggby experience is the staff. Theyre always so friendly and the customer service is outstanding. The best way to start my work day is to go grab a coffee from this wonderful staff.Thanks again Biggby of South Westnedge, we will be seeing you soon!

Was in the store when one of the regular employees, Madi, was assisting a customer to find that drink his wife wanted. She was being very helpful and the owner told her to shut up and learn her place. Cant stand watching this kind of rudeness when it wa so uncalled for!

Everything is pretty good, except the toaster.. Who wants a warm un-toasted ham and cheese bragel..? There is absolutely no crunch to it. The other biggby across from Meijer has way better Bragels! Fix it and youll be rockin

The employees are always friendly and the atmosphere is second to none. If you do not like to drink coffee, then you can still enjoy Biggby because it has something for EVERYONE - just ask!
