The food was decent but I had an overall Bad experience. We came before they closed about 15 minutes. My girlfriend and I finished eating and saw the cashier giving out ice cream to a guy that had been waiting on her(a boyfriend presumably) so I went up and asked if I could order some ice cream. Apparently she couldnt serve it anymore, not to mention knowing we had come slightly before close we are fast in order not to be a burden. We left before any of the people that were there before us left. I had driven 45 minutes to eat there and try their ice cream that I had heard was good and I dont plan on going back to find out.

This is such a neat nostaligc place with a great atmosphere. I love the way the food items are named after old timers from the area and everything we have tried has been wonderful. The salads are big with very fresh ingredients, big enough to share. The sandwiches are unique and delicious - where else can you get a hamburger on a wheat bun grilled to perfection. The ice cream is the best in town and we love how they serve malts and chocolate shakes in a chrome container. If you havent tried it, you should!

We stopped in Cammack Station just for some ice cream. It is a very cute shop, full of vintage signs and items. Lots of things to look at and reminisce about. The ice cream portions were very generous, however, after placing our orders and paying we waited 20 minutes and still no ice cream. It was not scooped until we went back up to the counter and inquired about our order. Needless to say, we were a bit upset and disappointed that they did not seem apologetic or concerned that it took so long.

Great place! Their food is so delicious, and not a bad price either, about $7 for a sandwich and fries. $5 for about 7 or 8 mozzarella sticks, which is a steal compared to most places! Their ice cream is outrageously priced to be honest, at about $8 for a medium malt, but it was good and worth a try at least once. The breaded pork tenderloin is amazing and is a must try. Overall, this place offers incredibly delicious food!

We really enjoyed our visit. Old gas station turned into a restaurant. Very clean! Variety of sandwiches, sides, and ice cream. Eat inside or on picnic tables outside. Your choice . We enjoyed our meals! Several old antique farm tractors for the kids to check out. An old police car. Lots of old fuel pumps. (The gravity feed kind) Come as you are. No fancy dress code. I would recommend it to friends!

Loved it! The "back in time" atmosphere, Ill take EVERY time over the fast food joints. There are places I visit for a meal in several areas of the state....and I can assure you that if and when Im ever in the Muncie area again, I will definitely go back. Heck, I could even be late to whatever it is, Ill still eat here.

Food is typical Indiana Diner food but done well and nice portion sized! The atmosphere is the best part! With memorabilia from before I was born, it takes you back in time. The ice cream options along with its shakes and malts coming in the metal cups are great as well! If you are in the area, you just have to try it!

First time here. Their Big Popper was one of the best burgers I have ever had (good cheese and the warm cream cheese from the two Jalapeño poppers really added a great flavor). My fiancées said her BLT was perfect (at other places the bread is either soggy from the butter or no butter and then its just toast).

Cammack Station is a slice of the 1950s located in a very rural area outside Yorktown. While the restaurant is a cash only place, it serves up food you would have expected in a period diner. It does get a little tight though, as the eatery is popular not only for the food, but its experience as well.

The atmosphere is always fantastic. The place looks great and the service is top notch. But on this trip the food was not great. The burgers were honestly not very good. The fries were barely average. Really disappointed with the food. I hope they not trying to cut corners with cheap food.

No clue what all the fuss is about. Glorified concession stand. Food was terrible! Burger = bad frozen meat. Fries = barely warm; under cooked. Grilled cheese = 2 inches of bread and 1/8 inch of cheese. Mac & Cheese Bites = just ew. First and last visit. Better food at ANY drive-thru.

Id give it about a 7.5 out of 10 on the actual quality of the food - think typical diner food but still pretty good. Service folks were all nice although pretty much every order we have ever had here has had something slightly wrong with it. But its a fun place to visit and try.

The food is alright. The icecream is good. The service is so so....but all of their soda is flat. Everytime I have been there the pop has no carbonation. Whenever I tell them about it they say that its because of their ice (even though I dont get ice.) Its pretty annoying.

Very good sandwich on t-toast. Chili is the ground meat variety, very tasty and filling. Nice retro ambience. Pleasant young lady at the counter. We thought about ice cream but a long line formed at the counter and there was only the one person working the register.

Great food and fed 2 adults and 2 kids for under $30. Not as fancy as a sit down restaurant but fancier and better than fast food. Wonder place to take a family in the summer! Or if you are pregnant and need ice cream this is also a great choice ;)

A wonderful home town gem located just 10 minutes from Ball State University. The food was fabulous, specifically try the tenderloin basket. Dont forget to leave room for ice cream. A must visit location and worth the drive!

Super cute retro 50s decorations, great food, flavored syrup for your drink (with that gear chewy ice), and a full ice cream shop. Makes you want to jump In your hot rod and slick your hair back. Try the tenderloin and tots

I love going to this place. I love the old timey feel and the food and especially the ice-cream has never disappointed me. The service can be a bit hit or miss, but has never been bad enough to really complain.

The food was decent definitely not worth the money. The scenery was cool but not worth money. So my opinion is save your money and go somewhere else.

A tenderloin like I use to get down on the Ohio River. I havent had one as delicious as the one from Cammack station in years. Highly recommended

Great atmosphere. Cool old gas station stuff from companies that mostly went out of business since my childhood in the 1960s.
