Horrible service the person taking your order pretty much just guesses instead of actually listening. You will sit in the drive thru at least 10 -15 mins every time sometimes even without them acknowledging your even sitting there. Order is never right.and you get charged for food they forget to put in your bag ! I stop there since its pretty much the only thing open on my way home from work but I will starve before giving them my service ever again!!!!

Horrible service! They forgot some of my food so after I called them several times (no one would answer the phone) they said if I brought the receipt back to them I would get the food they forgot. Once I got there they accused me of ripping them off. They finally gave me my food after 5 minutes of waiting and arguing with the women. Save your money and time go to a different restaurant.

The young persons working here were very polite and friendly. I am a vegetarian/vegan wanna be...My family all ordered bacon burgers and my step-daughters bacon burger had no bacon! The rest of their food they liked. It was my first time ever going to a Checkers...I was naughty and ordered cheese fries...sloopy looking but oh so good! Not so healthy but very very inexpensive.

Worst place ever waited 20+ minutes in line, they could only take one order at the drive up. The staff are disrespectful and lack common respect for the customer. I would fire every individual in the establishment and restart.

This place sucks. Took forever and I asked for no ranch and they soaked it in ranch. Very unhappy. My drink was flat. The girl shook my drink and gave it back to me and said it wasnt flat anymore.
