This is easily the worst casino buffet Ive ever visited (not typical in any way), and Ive visited several. I visited for the seafood buffet, and its a joke. Sure, there are crab legs and shrimp, but theyre not of good quality. The prime rib was fine the first time, then it was cooked well- so it might as well have just been roast beef. The rest of the buffet is a complete joke! Very sparing options otherwise. For instance, the only heated vegetable options were peas & carrots and corn. Better options at Golden Corral or Old Country Buffet! The desserts werent great, with the cakes actually wrapped in plastic wrap! The fondue had a funny tinge in The pasta section is an interesting option, but when I tried to eat my pasta, the marinara sauce had a sour taste to it. And dont get me started on customer service. You never quite know who your waiter is. I saw several employees just hanging out by the front desk and talking to each other, but it took me 10 minutes after my iced tea was empty to get a refill. And all of this is enjoyed while various casino employees are rolling food carts by your table to the back kitchen. Nice design Hoosier Park- diners really enjoy seeing and hearing their uncooked food be strolled by them while they eat! Had this been a $5 buffet, I would have sung a different tune. But at $25 for a "seafood and prime rib" buffet, I felt completely ripped off. Stay away!

Visit this casino frequently..the buffet was dedifinatly below standards for such a nice casino..ive visited pleanty of casinos and there food choices. This was by far the worst experience..i stood at the pasta option for over 10 min.while there were 6 employees standing around chatting.not to mention when i sat down i noticed the manager was sitting next to me eating.couldnt believe my eyes he was faceing the pasta bar youd think he would say something.but nope . I think they could change everyones perception with new management and new staff..i could definately teach these crew members how to be team players and give training in customers come befor standing around gossiping. I took a picture but my husbands says leave it alone..i jjst cant believe it.

I dont know what happened to this place. We are from out of town and happened to be in Anderson and thought, lets go to the buffet, weve not been in a while. We were early so we waited for about an hour and half for them to open. In no way was this worth the $75 dollars it cost us to eat. The buffet has shrunk, the food was midiocre and it was nothing like the the last time we visited. (Approx a year ago) I was very excited to be in Anderson and have the opportunity to eat here again but after this visit, we wont be back. Very disappointed, the buffet has gone from fabulous to a Golden Coral type of establishment. I hope it goes back to being worth $75 dollars. On a good note, our waitress and the staff were all amazing.

I came for the prime rib. While it had a great texture and was cooked appropriately, it was as if there was no seasoning on it and no flavor. There were no mashed potatoes and the au jus was overloaded with salt and almost tasted like someone added water to a ramen noodles packet. Vegetable selection was limited and only included corn. Desserts were abysmal and came wrapped in Saran Wrap like a hospital cafeteria. This buffet did not live up to its name of "Prime Rib Harvest." Its quality was parallel to Old Country Buffet and even Golden Corral has better prime rib.

This buffet is located within the Hoosier Park Casino complex. On Friday and Saturday nights the buffet includes crab legs and prime rib. The crab legs were good, but the prime rib is lower quality than you would find in a good steakhouse. The desserts were all prefabricated and were no better than what youd find at a buffet like Golden Corral. In all, Im not sure it was worth $24.99 person. I doubt Ill be back.

The food is decent in that not all of it tastes like cafeteria food. The carved meat and the make your own pasta dish are the high points of this buffet. Deserts bar is great with more than enough options to choose from.

Cant beat the Friday night seafood buffet. Never too busy. Food and service are excellent. You would pay at least twice as much at a different restaurant. Definitely will frequent this place on Friday nights!

Not a big fan of buffets. Had seafood and prime rib buffet since it was Saturday. Shrimp were not ice cold & had stomach issues later. Maybe should have made my own pasta at the pasta bar??

The food was mostly Luke warm at best. The variety was terrible foe a meal that runs over 50.00 bucks for two. I have heard good things about this buffet, but I will not return.

Great tasting food. Large crab legs, unlimited chilled shrimp, great steaks. Great atmosphere and closely located to the horse racing observation area.

The crab legs are good but for a casino this has got to be one of the worst.
