The servers and the variety of the vittles offering is the positives. Sometimes, it takes awhile to get tables cleaned after people eat. At times, it takes awhile to clean the plates off OUR table. However, the servers we get are nice and polite. Food quality at breakfast could be better. For example, I like the omelet area, but the person serving there didnt seem knowledgeable about omelets. I questioned the serving of the bacon, sitting in grease without a screen to drain off access. While they gave a plausible rationale for not using the screen, the bacons presentation wasnt so desirable. Some form of management staff did make an appearance and rounds to see to the customer, but he wasnt the senior manager. Overall, I would say it was okay, but my better half would question our visit there any time soon because of what it cost us. We live in Muncie, have to drive to Anderson, pay well over $30 for a family of 4, only for things, in her eyes, to be mediocre. What her and I DO AGREE on is, "its not you get what you pay for, but with services included, you should get BETTER than what you pay for."

So Im at Golden Coral getting ready to pay for my food and before I can turn around to get my total my child says $16 for 1 person so I have my child go get my purse while shes gone Im looking at the menu thing maybe they changed their prices however the menu said $11.99 so in my mind that cant be right mind U I didnt get a drink so I asked her about the price difference and let her know that is information that U should be telling the customers that piece of information she said well we had a sign up there I said however its not here now another customer was also bothered by the fact that the price was different mind U its mothers day the other customer asked for a manager the manager come out and I told her what I told her the same thing that Ms roshell should be telling the customers about the price difference this lady says " That means I would have to tell that to everyone that comes in as if it was her off. Look at the end of the day when U go to work and youre on the clock STOP acting like U at home and do your " JOB "....

My friend is a long haul truck driver and stopped there to get a good meal. I will say it was 8:45 when he got there. I called before he arrived to see when they closed. I was told 9:30. Ok i thought like anyone else would. That they would close the doors at 9:30 not have all the food put away before then. As a woman that works in customer service i know this is wrong. When you say you close at 9:30 that does not mean the whole place is closed and cleaned up at 9:30. That was a wasted 17.00 for my friend whos only sit down non driving meal of the day was this place. If i could give it less than one star i would. When he committed that he might not be done getting food the person putting the food aways response was well you wont have any food to eat! If this is the way this restaurant is ran they will not stay in business long. He could of went into McDonalds and sat down and had better service.

Used to come to this place all the time. Love their meatloaf. Every time its been great, but we went today and they had so many empty pans in every bar. I asked for meatloaf. Waited half hr and they brought it out...RED inside. The girl stuck a food thermometer in it to " show me" it was the right temp. Sorry, but Im not eating uncooked meatloaf! I posted a pic of it if you care to look at it. We waited on nearly everything we wanted to be replaced. They werent near as busy as usual yet still couldnt keep the food in the bar. You basically had to choose from what little they had out for the whole price. This was our favorite go to place. Its went downhill in a hurry! Well not go back to that one. I hope the others we go to stayed the same or theyll be marked clear off our " go to" list. Such a shame as it was great until today. Very disappointed.

We are from out of town. Our corral closed so we wanted to go here. Surprised the ratings are not lower. This place is beyond gross. Gnats flying over our food. The tables had dirty dishes sitting on them. My son found bones in his meatloaf. Now, the server was doing his best he was nice but everything else eww. My cup had dirt on it. The walls were dirty. The desert area barely had any food on it. Things were not being replenished fast at all. The cooks were fighting in front of people. The food was not being stirred. I did not want to touch anything just dirty. The counters were not being wiped off. If you like dirty, gross, and semi hot food, then try it. Yuck. They need inspected. The one star is for the server a cashier and the chocolate fountain. The only things good about this place. Save your money. Go somewhere else. 5/1/17

The first few times we had eaten here it wasnt too bad, but today was just awful! For starters my husband was having an omelet made and the guy cooking it had a half of a cigarette behind his ear and my husband whom is not a smoker was completely grossed out by this and couldnt touch it! Then I went up to make me a salad and the lettuce was wilted a few of the containers were completely empty, the cucumbers were mushy if not frozen and the tomatoes had the middle top parts still in them and mixed all thru them.....not to mention the stuff that was thrown all over the walls right where we were sitting, not including the black that was all over the wall right beside the door to the managers office.... CLEAN UP YOURE ACT GODLEN CORAL!

I concur, April really is a great person and server. I come here about once a month. The food is okay and the price is reasonable. I think I would give it 5 stars if the drink came with the meal but at least you can order coffee. The "hot" items on the buffet cycle through regularly so it always seems fresh. Some other "slower" items could use a refresh/swap out sooner then later but I have never had an issue with asking an attendant for fresher whatever and they pop into the back and find it. Huge selection and festive atmosphere. Again, April is one of the best servers in Anderson. Definitely searching out her section everytime I come back. Give it try, its worth it.

Overpriced at $28 for two people at Dinner - Can get steak dinner in town for two for less money or Chinese buffet for $18 Awkward entry for first time customer (no direction or greeting) Friendly staff once you meet them (Server was fine and earned a good tip) Food quality 2 out of 5 (Rice is dry, Mashed potatoes rubbery) Only good food was proteins, chicken, meat load etc. Salad bar fairly plain Dessert was 3.5 out of 5 with chocolate and caramel fountains, although apples were turning brown and strawberries bruised. Restaurant seems dated. I feel bad for the owner Manager and staff. Good luck
