Manager was rude. Pop machines was a mess. Her response was customers just dont use it right. The when a kid came out to clean it up she didnt care and told him to leave it. Pop was overflowing & spraying everywhere. Then she ran out of ones & if they didnt have exact change she couldnt help them. Bathroom was a mess too & out of paper towels.

Good if you like their style of burgers. Love the chicken rings,. Location is great getting in but getting out of the parking lot can be a pain. Go out the back way (around the store) to the big mall to get out of the high traffic intersection on busy days.

The sandwiches was good but the fries was cold... The girl at the window wasnt very nice to say the least and they acted like it may kill them to give you condiments.... I ended up getting some but only two packs for 8 sandwiches and two fries...

It has become a tradition that when I am with my stepdad and we go to Kokomo we always get a 30 pack of sliders. Minus getting a spoiled milk cartoon, everything was good. Nice employees, clean facility, and good location.

This is a very well ran White Castle. The workers take great care of the dining area and they really understand customer service. I travel a lot and this is the BEST white castle I have been to yet. Love this one!!

There foods pretty good but some times they mess up just about every time I go there I get free or extra food cause they made me the wrong order but its good fast food they dont mess up all the time

Bad. It took 20 mins to get a number 1 and an order of fried pickles!! Then I asked for mustard and they loaded it with mustard that I cudnt even taste anything else... what a joke.
