Dealing with hog heaven to cater our wedding has been nothing but horrendous. They first told us that it would be around 900 dollars for pork and a few sides. Now comes the time for the wedding and they are nowhere to be found! They show up atleast a half hour late and you who have had your own wedding knows that 30 minutes can feel like a lifetime when waiting for food. Anyways they told us this was a price that included labor and set up and clean up. After the wedding we recieve a bill for nearly 1500 dollars! Once we finally get ahold of them they very rudely tell us that we didnt eat at the right timeand they had to pay their workers to stay late to cleanup, when in reality they were the ones who were late and she told us it was a fixed price.. long story short i would never ever recommend them for cater service for any event. You can never take their word for anything.

A surprising gem in Kokomo. Very high quality BBQ -- especially for the money. Very lean meats with subtle smoke flavor. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, is that I think they lack good side dishes. They sell bags of potato chips, which... While very good, arent what I was hoping for. Also, the hot sauce is good, but the regular sauce is Sweet Baby Rays. SBRs is a fine sauce, but I was hoping for something home made.

What a great little place. First things first the wait staff are fabulous. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Not the fake kind, but truly cared about your experience. I had the beef brisket sandwich with a side of potato salad. Both were fabulous. They have two types of BBQ sauce at the table, Sweet Baby Rays and their own spicy sauce. Both great. This will be a must return next time I travel to Kokomo.

This is not a slow cooked over wood smoke kind of place. While the sides and sauces were good the meat left a lot to be desired. When I think brisket I think Texas and this was far from it. The pork was flavorless, and I doubt they used a rub (which explains the huge bottles of sauce on each table). While overall the food was edible we wont be back.

Let me enlighten you on a hidden gem. Try the prime rib sandwich. Hands down my second fave sandwich behind portillos italian beef. The owners are usually on hand and the prices are reasonable for a mom and pop establishment. If you like Quiznos Prime Rib you will fall in love with Hog Heavens. Go right now.

Good pricing, great food. I like trying non mainstream places. You often find good places like this. It is very clean inside, friendly staff, and the food was excellent. (I had the smoked chicken). Well worth the detour from main highway as we were travelling through Kokomo.

What an unexpected surprise hidden away in Kokomo, Indiana - fabulous Southern smoked bbq! Well worth you leaving the main drag, this is local flavor you will really enjoy. We sure did. Both the homemade coleslaw and the baked beans were worth the calories. Yum!

Very good BBQ. Good food. Good service. You wont be disappointed. Great value. You can tell when a place knows how to actually cook BBQ and this is one of the rare places that puts time and effort into great flavor and quality BBQ.

Pros The food is fantastic and the servers are extremely friendly and professional. Cons Their tea is not fresh brewed, it is out of the soda fountain. They dont have mustard barbecue sauce and they dont have French Fries
