Very disappointed..I went in on June 1 to make a big order for my son graduation party. I watched the lady write my order down and put the date and time of pickup which was June 4th at 530pm. When we went to pick up food on June 4th the order was not done. The workers that were there had no clue of such order. The party started at 6pm and there was no food there. King ribs did manage to get some of order ready. But my order was definitely not right. I asked for a gallon of mild sauce with my order and they gave me hot. I also paid $210 for the order. I should have got some sort of discount for their mistake. Wont be using them for any big event ever.

Well other than the sauce havent got much good to say. Went there and asked for 2 rib tip dinners and was rudely corrected that they dont have rib tips they only have ribs or tips. The guy was a complete ass hole about the whole thing. And if he gets the chance to read this I would like him to know rib tips and tips are the same damn thing. The atmosphere was completely unprofessional and its just not worth the drive to get it and be treated with attitude and disrespect. Wont be going back.

So far KR, is the best in Indianapolis, Ind. I remember when they started out on 27th Lafayette Road out of a trailer and then left. I ran into the father of KR told him he needed to co e back. Then they set up a location on West 16th Street btwn KESSLER and Concord. Thank goodness location-location. Now the Son and his wife run KR. Very nice people. Staff work hard. Keep up the good work and the best dam BBQ in Indianapolis.

I split a full slab with a buddy of mine and these were the best ribs Ive had in Indy. The meat was tender and flavorful. The medium sauce was just right: excellent smoky flavor and not too hot or sweet. Mac & cheese on the side was very tasty. Cornbread and greens are only available on the weekend, so Ill have to try those next time. Delicious meal. I will be back.

It was awful sauce to hot, service ride and racist the customers before and after us were greeted and treated friendly and specials were told to them both white and black customers we are a mixed couple and no greeting I asked for our cups they pointed yeah over there pointing to register no smiles. Very bad exper9 will not be back.

Had a worker come say I didnt pay for drinks after I spent almost $30 on tip dinners for dine in an there employee that was messing up every bodies order handed me are cups worst customer service then the employee wants to yell at me last time I went pretty much all bones use to be my favorite place to eat its going down hill fast

Food great and prices are very reasonable. Would be 4- 5 stars but the customer service is horrible the girls dont smile and are totally not friendly kind of makes you feel like you are bothering them by coming in to eat. So I rather pay a few more bucks and go to city bbq where the food and service is awesome!!!!!

The customer service suck at the 16th st location...people seem like they wanna be everywhere but work there. Unfortunately I have to go to the keystone location to get good service shame is I live in speedway near 16th st..I urge any bbq lovers to go to keystone the difference in the food will speak for itself....

I called to ask about how they cook their tips & the lady was rude & definitely didnt want be there today. She hung up before I can ask any other questions! I cant deal with bad customer service!! I dont give it & dont want to get it. I really wanted some ribs today but I guess Ill be going elsewhere.

Food is great! Sides taste great as well but portions of the sides are pretty skimpy. Rib tip dinner is the way to go; LOTS of rib tips!!!! I dont know about any of the other locations, but this one ( in Haughville ) is one of the best restaurants in the city!

I really wish we could get one of these in NC to show these so called "barbecue experts" what cue is REALLY all about! Truly a must stock item when we visit Indy, as we will get a platter of rib tips to bring back with us. Give it a try, it will NOT disappoint.

I went for lunch and it was a sorry excuse for a meal. I opened the styrofoam container and it was full of sauce mush, couldnt find the meat. The most disgusting thing Ive seen in a so called BBQ place. I will never go back.

Love coming here for that authentic BBQ but it makes no sense to place an order in advance because when you arrive to pick your order up thats when they start to make it..and if theyre out of the meat then you have to waiy

Favorite BBQ place in indy so far. Their hot BBQ sauce is really good and probably the best Mac and cheese I have had in indy. They also have daily specials which are really good so dont forget to check those out.

First time. Rib tips on point A bit pricey....well not really considering its ribs...I paid 13 for a solid portion of outstanding rib tips and 2 sides...and a piece of bread....def worth it!!!

I have eaten at the one on Keystone twice now and I love their Ribs. Last night I had the Mac & Cheese and Potato Salad and it reminded of the Southern Cooking I am missing from home.

When the product (rib tips) are on point, they can not be beat. Problem is they cant stay consistent. I understand that as my home BBQ often works that way, but this is a business!

Awesome service and delicious BBQ + the prices are amazing. $10 for a whole chicken or a lb of beef ir pork. This is the best BBQ joint in Indy, and its locally owned.

I love this store! The owner is very kind and so are the staff and the food is always off the hook. Look nowhere else for better barbeque, you wont find it.
