Maybe I went on the wrong day but all the food was bland or tasted bad. My wife and I started with cheesy potato wedges for an appetizer and the wedges felt like they werent fully cooked and the cheese just made everything oily (they didnt taste that good). I had the brisket with mac-n-cheese and fries. The brisket was very plain except for one bite that actually had seasoning on it (that one bite was good). The mac-n-cheese was good but not enough to make up for the rest of the meal. My wife didnt eat much of her meal because of the taste. The staff was actually great but the food just wasnt worth it. Theres plenty of potential but when I went the food just didnt meet my expectations. Ill give it a while before I go again. Hopefully by that point the food will be tastier.

First time visiting today, the new girl, Tylese, was on point but she wasnt our waitress, although she had to get our waitress twice. Our waitress was very good, helpful and brought extra napkins which is always a plus for me. AS FOR THE FOOD... the sauce is great, BBQ nachos were pretty good. We ordered rib tips, they were huge and they were good. Preferred they be chopped down some. The potato wedges are gigantic and they were not done all the way, kinda hard so we returned them. The mac and cheese is typical... its "ok" and baked beans were "ok", very porky. Nothing stood out as wonderful, the nachos were close. I didnt leave saying "we gotta go back!" .. hope they make it!

Love, love, LOVE Jans Spud -- any of the meat choices with it are delicious. Its a huge potato, so I always eat half and have lunch for the next day too! Their hot barbecue sauce is literally the best sauce youll ever get. Its usually not busy, which is nice, but they typically dont have a ton of waiters on staff because of that, so there might occasionally be a wait time even if the place looks empty. They always have cobbler made, but its not always the same or multiple flavors. The apple cobbler a la mode is AMAZING. Seriously, its a must try.

We were hungry and in castleton leaving the mall. I saw Squealers ( which I had no clue was here) and decided to stop for dinner! All I can say is we know our brisket, and by far this is the best! Not kidding, so good it just melts in your mouth! Im glad we stopped here and We will be back!

Very polite people, but if your hungry this is the wrong place to go. My approximate wait time was between 30 to 40 minutes and the place was almost empty. I would pass this place daily since Ive been in Indianapolis and decided to give it try.

Place has pretty decent BBQ, staff is super friendly and beer selection is pretty good. Only gripe I have is with prices they charge for portions you get. Kinda overpriced in my opinion. Dont get me wrong, its good, but is it $$$ good??

Picked up carry out order. Food was very tasty but Sqealers should truly be ashamed to charge 2.50 for a side order served in a styrofoam thimble. No hyperbole here, honestly the smallest portion of side that I have ever received anywhere.

My favorite barbeque place in the state. Ive never had disappointing menu item and Ive tried most everything on their menu. Im especially partial to their brisket. If you like brisket, really good brisket, Squealers is second to none.

Great waitress!!! Nicole was awesome and that is all I would love to say about the place. The atmosphere isnt cool at all. The food came and out and was ice cold. It looked amazing but did not taste very good.

They have the most amazing BBQ nachos! Dont get the surpreme, thats a waste of money for lettuce and tomato. Also consider getting it with half the chips! Its listed as an appetizer, but its a full meal!

Excellent BBQ, the service can be a little slow sometimes though. Be aware that their Cole Slaw is prepared with vinegar and the Baked Beans have pork and jalapeños; just in case you have picky eaters.

Service was very good and friendly. Price was right. I wouldnt say their breaded tenderloin is the best I have had in Indy, but it is definely up there, just a little bit too salty.
