From a year ago to today their service is great the atmosphere is wonderful and not once do I feel rushed or that someone is being rude to me. The workers have great Spirit and always doing something theyre always moving. The store wasnt as good at the old location never hot doughnuts when they said. Not very fresh anyway. Since they moved down veterans they now make their own doughnuts and always have hot glaze when the light is on. Keep on doing whatever it is theyre going I can promise you its gaining more and more of my business. Dont hesitate if you been here before and had a bad experience please give them one more chance and I bet you wont be disappointed

As far as krispy kernes go, I would rate the store last! One time we went in 45 minutes before closing. They were making doughnuts and the display case was empty. They refused to sell us any they were making, saying, " those are for tomorrow!" Twice I have gone in to get the seasonal special that was actually advertised on their menu board, both in the spring and today I was told, " Im sorry, we dont sell that kind." I wont be back! Ill go to Dunkin doughnuts, Williams, or drive to Louisville! This Krispy Kreme has lost my business! They were good before they moved. Now service sucks!

I made the mistake of arriving at the store at about 5 PM on a Monday. Evidently, it was $4.99 per dozen day, unbeknownst to me. I drove to the drive-through...a big mistake. It seems that they could not keep up with demand, at least for the three cars ahead if me. Fifteen minutes later, the "cook" came out and told us car by car that we could have any donut that we wanted, except for glazed. I did not want my donut, I wanted out of line but was trapped with cars ahead and behind. DO NOT HOLD A PROMOTION INLESS YOU HAVE THW RESOURCES TO FULFILL DEMAND.

I waneed some of the warm oh so good original Krispy Kreme and 6:00 am on a Tuesday. I pull into the drive thru and order ,made my way to the window. I ask those are warm right? The lady said no our warm light isnt on. What thats just no right. So didnt get the time when they decided to turn on their warm light. So disappointing, I dont think I will go there again.

Decided to check out the new location, since they started making their own doughnuts. The doughnuts were fresh enough, but the day crew mixed up an order for custard filled doughnuts for Kreme filled doughnuts. Also, this location is not open 24 hours, including the drive thru.

No ! the smaller location at 1122 veterans is closed ! it didnt make the donuts, but the location at 1575 veterans does and is open and is AWESOME!!! i know cause my grandma works there.

Of course the donuts are delicious and the staff very friendly! I use the drive-thru more than in. Cant beat it - absolutely fresh and recently added (I think) menu items. Yum!

Good food coffee and service but if you go there later in the evening theyre less likely to have the donuts that you prefer
