Came for the eclipse, stayed for the knock-your-socks-off spiced chai latte. Charming atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff (despite the influx of customers from the eclipse), and eclectic collection of books including local authors (very reasonable prices). Well worth stopping any time youre in Sparta TN.

Zee Cee

Excellent coffee at very affordable prices. Also has a great lunch option with paninis! Also sells used/use books and artistic trinkets and gifts. Many gather to play board and trading card games at all times of day, and themed game nights/events. A must-visit while in Sparta.

A hidden gem for Sparta. They have a wide range of beverages you can enjoy while looking over their selection of new and used books. Or you pop in during just about any week night and they have game nights or book clubs. This place is a great place for this little town.

Great sandwiches and beverages. The used books are decently priced and the staff is wonderful. It is very comfortable and cozy and there are different events planned nightly! Make sure to ask what the drink of the day is when visiting.
