The food is good but the people up there have NO CLUE what they are doing. I was there the other day and sat out in the lobby and observed the workers. I like to see how a place runs before I eat there. The red headed guy (for lack of not knowing his name) that was on the eat in line has absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever. They sort of walk around in a daze. The managers are friendly but still either they dont have a clue or the person training their people doesnt. Today I went to the drive thru. Ordered a ham egg and cheese croissant w/hash browns and a coke. Drove to the first window . A black man with a tattoo of First on his left forearm took my card ran it and gave it back to me . No thanks, thank you have a nice day not much of anything other than a grunt of acknowledgement . Got to the second window and waited a couple of minutes before anyone even came to the window. The manager was standing there messing with his head set. A guy finally came to the window and asked if I ordered 2 sausage somethings and I said no I ordered ham egg and cheese croissant hash browns and a coke. He went over to the prep station rooting thru sandwiches that I guess were already made and found something and put it in the bag Then he had to draw my drink. Really??? There was 1 car in the parking lot and 1 car behind me in line. I get home. I have a croissant but and its got ham egg and cheese oh wait its got bacon on it too! Thanks for the bacon but good GOD get your stuff together or you wont last long there at all. McDonalds has bad enough service I was in such hopes that you guys could do better.. Not impressed AT ALL.

Literally just walked out (Im still sitting in my car) without my order taken after multiple employees walked by without commenting. Store was totally empty and maybe two workers in the building. This isnt unusual for how this store is run. Other times I waited 15+ minutes for a breakfast burrito. If this place stays open a year or will be a miracle.

Its lunch hour and apparently they are way under staffed, waited almost 30 mins for my food, which is my whole break, should never take this long! Ive been in the fast food industry, drive thru is priority!

Came at 630am on a Friday morning, one person working, and would not answer the drive through. There was a person in front of me at the window, so they were open even though the outside lights were off.

OMG waited 25 mins for order then I am pretty sure my bottom bun was in dish soap horrible an everyone stuck in slow motion the mgr shes very rude too Id probably start over if it belonged to me

The staff members appear to be on drugs and could not get your order right if their life depended on it.I even gave this place 3 separate tries over a month span to be fair.
