I am very frustrated with this location. I live right by it but after several bad experiences usually drive further to a different Taco Bell location just so I know Ill get quality food and service. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and went to this location today (the one in Rural Kings parking lot). When I called, I even verified I was "talking with a manager and that I was also calling the correct location in Rural Kings lot). The problem is the oil gets old or goes bad and you cant eat the taco shells. This has happened to me at this location 5 times, its a waste of money if you cant eat your food. It has never happened at any other location. I just called them frustrated at the disgusting shell which I cannot eat. I said "you all need to change your oil more often. "He said, "its not the oil, its the fryer, it burns our oil. We just changed it yesterday" So I told him it isnt always bad food, but many times it is, so it isnt the fryers fault, but when the oil gets burned, it means it is old (that is why it is burning) and then you just need to change and if that means daily, then that is what you have to do because you cant serve bad food. So he tells me, "Im testing the oil right now and it is so bad!" (his words, notice he put the word "so" in there. So not just "bad" but "so bad"). I said, "I know it is bad, I have it right in front of me and I cant even eat it". He said, well we cant change it every day, because Taco Bell wont let us and we have to go by their policy". I find this A LIE or it is RIDICULOUS. I have worked in fast food as a young one and I know the oil is to be changed every time it goes bad. We used to change ours daily and twice if need be. I dont believe that Taco Bell is telling them only change it every so many days whether bad or not. So I just told him the food is bad because the oil is bad. He told me, he changed it yesterday and Taco Bell wont let them change it daily. So what is he going to do the rest of the day? Its only 3:30pm. He is going to continue to serve burned food? He didnt even offer to give me a fresh salad. I told him, I wasted my money, I cant eat it, what should I do? , I cant eat what I paid for and all he said was, "Im sorry about that maam! Its not our fault its the fryers fault." NO SIR, ITS YOUR FAULT, ITS TACO BELLS FAULT! I have the food here, you can have it back, I want my money back and Ill go to the other location and get a fresh salad. But no luck! Im stuck with it! He said he is the one who opened the store hint on who this poor manager is). I told him, okay then since you wont help me and you make no promise of improving the quality of your food, Im writing a review. That didnt help either, no luck getting dinner out of this fella. Taco Bell Corporation, if you are reading this, know that you can hire me and Ill make DANG sure no one is served burnt food and if they ARE unhappy, Ill make it right. I wont ever go back to that location again for 1. It is an ongoing problem and 2. I made them aware of the problem and he has offered no resolution to ensuring the chance of a better future visit nor did he offer a fresh salad, coupon in the mail or refund. Slo want to mention, they have screwed up on my food several times. If you order a drink only with no food, they usually just hand it to you free in the drive thru. While many may like the thought of a free drink, I find it to be stealing unless they, themselves own the company. And many times the line is soo long here, it is RIDICULOUS. Unlike youll find other places. YOU LOST ME! p.s. they were out of Diet Pepsi, second day in a row. Who runs out of stuff? I mean,you see it is getting low, you order more. Its poorly managed!

TERRIBLE AVOID! Went to this Taco Bell for the first time three days ago! I am now just recovering. I am 100% serious about this. All I ate three days ago was taco bell. I ordered a variety of items through the drive through went home an ate them; and everything was fine. About 3-4 hours later I was vomiting and having diarrhea. I did not stop vomiting till the next day and the diarrhea only stopped last night. I will never eat at this Taco Bell again nor any Taco Bell for that matter. The pure thought of the gross girl working the counter sickens me to my core. I know there were nasty employees working the food prep in the back but I really couldnt see them. All I know is they are all DIRTY! No question about it. I have literally eaten at the Youngstown Shopping Center Taco Bell since it opened in the 90s or 2000s and never had an issue. The first time I eat at the new Jeffersonville, IN Taco Bell across from Meijer in the Rural King/Kroger Parking Lot I am as sick as I have ever been in my life. I feel like it was E.Coli because of the nature of my symptoms and there is only one reason for this. Pure filth of the store and employees. If dont wish to be VIOLENTLY ILL for 3 days then dont eat here!

GETTING LUNCH FROM THIS PLACE WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN!!!! IT TOOK OVER 15 MINS TO GET MY FOOD. I WAS TOLD STARBURST DRINK I WANTED WAS OUT, BUT MY FRIEND BEHIND ME, WHO ORDERED THE SAME DRINK ONLY HERS WAS IN A LARGER SIZE, GOT HER DRINK 3/4THS OF THE WAY FULL BECAUSE "THEY RAN OUT". WHICH MIND U, WAS THE SIZE I ORIGIONALLY ORDERED!! BECAUSE IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET MY FOOD, I WAS LATE BACK TO MY JOB THAT IS ONLY 4 MINS DOWN THE STREET. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, WHEN I OPENED MY NACHOS THAT I ORDERED WITH EXTRA, EXTRA BEEF AND NO BEANS THERE WAS VERY LITTLE BEEF AND A WHOLE LOT OF BEANS!!! ALL IN ALL, I WILL NEVER SPEND A PENNY OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY IN THAT STORE EVER AGAIN. AND BECAUSE OF THIS STORE, I WILL PROBABLY NEVER EAT AT TACO BELL EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I AM COMPLETELY DISQUSTED WITH THIS UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE

They always mess up my order and take forever to make even to most simple of orders.. Trust me take the extra time to go down the street to the other Taco Bell. It wont be teenagers that cant even remember to give you your drink unless you ask or the sauce you asked for twice.. This Taco Bell will disappoint you every time as it has me. Also they are not sanitary and still gave me beans even tho I am highly allergic to them and made it clear to them I cannot have them. If I didnt double check I probably would have died from suffocation.. Thank you Taco Bell...
