I ordered out and Im used to going to the WH on p.pike so the entire appearance of the place through me off as well but when I was placing my order she asked if I wanted pancakes which also through me off because Im used to the waffles. However, once I figured it wouldnt be that different or bad and I was wrong the taste of eggs , bacon , sausage and even the pancakes tasted like they were all processed and warmed up in the microwave. Nothing has any taste and it was just not what I expected. Although the staff were nice and the place looked decent the food was bland and if your used to going to your normal WH (not the one on w. Washington) stick to those. I usually dont write reviews and I feel bad for doing so but I was really disappointed in the taste of all the food. Not to mention they forgot to add my ham but I dont want to even imagine what that would have tasted like. Anyways , Im headed to McDonalds !

How do i even begin this one... Welp to start its not the "real" waffle house. Someone legit made a nock off waffle house, came here thinking it was legit. Food was decent, but not good enough to be good. It was more like it was okay, but your not entirely sure it was okay. The worse part came though when the waitress started having an anxiety attack on us at the table, not sure she should be serving... To make things worse she put our orders on two seperate bills despite never having asked for that, so after we had paid we began to leave to which we were chased to our car. We were then promptly noted that had we left with out paying it would have fallen on the waitress, as if we were attempting to dine and dash. By this point i was not only annoyed, but quite insulted. I wouldnt even recommend this place to a starving person, some of the worse service ive encountered.

GREAT PLACE IF YOU LIKE EATING CANNED VEGETABLES (DELMONTE) OR CANNED SOUP (CAMPBELLS). The menu clearly shows all the label brands they are proud to use in their eatery. Cambells, Delmonte, Libbys, etc... and on down the list. I ordered chicken soup and they brought me what I thought looked like Campbells chicken noodle soup. What do you know it was directly out the can. It was a nice atmosphere...However, if you are looking for Canned, Frozen and / or non Freshly cooked food. Go to this restaurant. Everything is out of a canned. til this day I still chuckle at what we encountered when we went to this restaurant. Nothing was home made, just home pour and serve type foods.

NOT A WAFFLE HOUSE! Stopped here for breakfast and was first thrown off by the appearance as it looks nothing like the normal waffle house aesthetic. The waffle was not your normal waffle house waffle ( you know what Im talking about). I was slightly disappointed, however the service was great and the food was good. Just not the waffle house I was expecting and probably not the waffle house youre looking for either.

Found hair in Mac n cheese one time. decided to go back and we got two sandwiches, both were the variety club. it was simple. one was hot Turkey and Bacon and the other was cold Ham and Bacon. they got them mixed up and the sandwiches were poor quality. but the worst Part is that the manager wanted to argue with us and say they were right and got rude. SO, we went to Manns were the food AND service is great

Decent breakfast food but nothing stunning. FYI, this is not part of the nationwide Waffle House chain. Several years ago, the Indianapolis area had many of these "Waffle House" restaurants and the chain was forced to use the name "Waffle & Steak". However, when most of them closed up they adopted the name used elsewhere. This one is still around though, and somehow is still allowed to use the old name.

This place is a disgrace to the food industry. Not only does this place copy the name of an amazing place "Waffle House" which this place is not bey they also have terrible service and the food takes forever to get to the table. Every other place called waffle house is the real deal except for this place. NEVER COME HERE go to the real waffle house down the street. Your welcome for the warning.

It is clean and the service was good and the prices were reasonable. I went there for the all you can eat catfish ,I had heard it was really good, it didnt live up to the hype. They werent whole filets they were 2-3 inch pieces, I think they were frozen, prebreaded nuggets. The breading was very salty and the fish was dry. The rest of the menu may be good, but I cant recommend the catfish.

My favorite Waffle House. No, it isnt identical to the chain, but that doesnt mean it isnt a great place to eat. I have been coming here since I was a little girl. All the staff are wonderful and service is always fast. I do ask for my hash browns extra crispy. The prices are low. I recomend this place to all my friends. Been twice this week. Love love LOVE it.

It doesnt look like much from the outside, but inside is some of the best service and comfort food Ive found in a long time. The portions are overly generous and the quality of food is excellent. This is truly a hole-in-the-wall worth checking out. Its a shame that we were only passing through town; Id love to live near this place.

Phenomenal food, with an atmosphere thats like a time machine back into the 90s. Old fashion wood wall styling you dont see anymore and the tile is the same way. Excellent for a very early morning breakfast. Obviously very quiet at 2am. The current staff there is excellent as well.

Terrible experience ! Didnt get served at all , we waited 15 minutes with no menu or any sort of service . We didnt feel comfortable everyone was staring at us ( Im hispanic ) I will say that its very clean there and the lady in the cashier was very nice .

Food is okay. Service is okay. But it is MY place if that makes sense. They people (customers and staff) are friendly and nice people. Tuesday they have half priced night for seniors.

Been eating here for over 15 years. Always comfortable, always good food and definitely good company. Not perfect by any means but its definitely worth the drive from where I live.

Barf-o-Rama!!!!! Luke warm coffee, bland as hell food!! My daughters oatmeal was an unrecognizable flop of matter. Thank you GPS for guiding me here instead of the regular chain.
