Horrible experience. First off, lose the stupid ordering system. No one cares about your little quirks and how you want to be unique, just let me order a damn sandwhich. Secondly, get a better staff. Because of your poor staff and how slow they were, I had to leave to go back to work without even getting any food. I was in line for fifteen minutes and never even got to the damn counter to give the person my bag. So simply because I made the mistake of trying you out for the first time, I had to skip lunch for the day. I went to your restaurant and left hungrier than when I came in because you were too terrible at your job. I will never set foot in any of your locations at this point because Im sure they are all run this way. I wish I could give this place zero stars, because I got zero service.

A friend and I went in around 5:30-6pm on a Tuesday. My friend ordered a turkey sandwich with no tomato, chips and a medium beverage. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich & medium beverage. When we entered the establishment we noticed the floor had food splattered throughout the store, tables and chairs with food on them. We took our meals home. Once we unwrapped, my friend had olives on the sandwich (no requested) & overall tasted sour. I unwrapped my sandwich and took the first bite and noticed there was extra mayo spewing from the sides. I requested red onion on my sandwich and what was received was a small hand full in the middle. My friend payed $14+ and I paid 9+. I would suggest the single $ be changed to two $$ because it was pricey for a sandwich. This isnt something I would suggest to eat at.

This is now my go-to sandwich place. Absolutely fantastic with an inventive ordering system that works really well. Service has also great, along with with a enjoyable environment cultivated by the furnishings. The food is what really seals the deal though. As far as I can tell, the ingredients quality has not been compromised despite the cultural drive toward fast, and unhealthy good. Oh, and the vegetarian options are much appreciated, and taste great as well!

Pretty good sandwich shop. Definitely beats many other sandwich chains. Theres a lot of variety and the marking what you want on the bag, beforehand, is a pretty cool idea. Not over priced and was pretty quick. People should definitely be able to dine in and get back to work quickly, with how they operate. I had the Philly cheese steak, and it wasnt bad at all.

Havent eaten there in over a year due to every sandwich being soggy ive ordered got a philly cheese stake sandwich today and so did my co worker both sandwichs had dry meat little to no chesse though i like onions and peppers i didnt except the sandwich to be 60% onions and peppers how can be a philly cheeses stake with hardly any chesse never eating here again

Which Wich was a wonderful addition and isnt like your normal sandwich shop. You fill out your customized order, which is somehow way more satisfying than at Subway. I end up almost always getting the Wicked and somehow also a milkshake. You dont find a lot of places that offer a milkshake, and they dont mess around this one is good.

Tried a philly cheese steak the other day and it was pretty good. The service was good and the people were friendly, I just thought it was a bit overpriced. $12 is kind of a lot for a small sub, a tiny bag of chips and a soda. I prefer Penn Station for hot subs but Which Wich isnt terrible...

This is my favorite build-your-own sandwich joint. Its quick, clean and easy. They also have crushed ice! Which is my favorite kind of ice. Their house chips are more peppery than salty, but I enjoy them. Inside, its always freezing cold. The AC is on too high. Thats really, my only complaint.

Service is always amazing here! I eat lunch here at least twice a week! The food is so much better than the other sub shops and the people are so friendly. It is always clean and an enjoyable place to eat. Thank you for providing a great place for me to eat with my family.

This Which Wich consistently has great quality food and always has nice staff working. They also support community events often, which is very nice. Sometimes the temperature inside the restaurant isnt very comfortable (especially in the winter), but thats not a major issue.

I ordered mushrooms and spinach on my sandwich and they literally gave me one mushroom and one piece of spinach. The time before that they completely forgot the vegetables on my sandwich.
